If there was a 0 star I will give them that this is the worst bank ever I wait it over 30 minutes to change a check with no line no waiting I went to the cashier the cashier was lost ask for the manager then I wait it for her for 25 minutes she was lingering around no costumer service at all I was on my break time I got to my job late this is unprofessional then to top it off she said his been waiting enough and she didn’t even check what supposedly she need it to check to change my cashier check so talk about«save transactions» never step a foot on this facility

Forget about going into the bank. It’s always a mess and packed with people. Go to the ATM and speak with a teller. ONTV… So cool. I deposited a bunch of checks and no problems all solutions. Jody helped me out and she talked to me all the way from Delaware. Awesome experience this is the way it should be ;)))

Busiest day of the week and yet they had folks standing around chatting including the manager who hovered over shoulders. Waited 45 minutes just to be told they were too busy and there were 3 other customers ahead so is get service in another 30 minutes or so. Unfortunately, couldn’t resolve my needs before having to jump on a flight.
