I’ve been here twice with two different cars. Once for new tires and once for a tire plug. Both times they fixed my car quickly. Service was friendly and I was happy with the prices.

Bad experience here. They did not do what we asked and tried to upsell us on the service. After arguing about the price they finally acknowledged the mistake. Would not go back.

I took my Subaru WRX there for an oil change and tire rotation. After completion he took my car for a joy ride & when approached the manager told me not to worry that he wouldnt hurt it.

I took my car here for new tires. I met Raoul who was very personable and helpful. He helped me find a good tire at an affordable price. The work was done in about an hour. It’s not easy finding good service in this area, so I appreciate the work they did for me.

I stopped into this busy garage today, as my coolant light was blinking. They knew the appropriate type of coolant for my foreign car and took it immediately. It was ready in about 5 minutes! Quick, courteous and knowledgeable — exactly what you look for in an auto repair shop.

Went there a couple months ago to get a second opinion on having to replace my front tire because of a nail. They immediately told me it was superficial and there was no damage. They basically looked at my tire for free when the other location I went to wanted me to replace both front tires for my «safety». Thank you Biscayne Tire and Auto for being honest and professional!!!

Open on Sundays. Friendly service (Raul was super nice and took good care of me). I ran over a screw and dropped my car off there. I was hoping they would patch it if possible and not sell me a new tire if not necessary. I trusted them to do the right thing and when I came back an hour later, sure enough, they had put a patch in for under 20 bucks and I was on my way. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Great service! I came in with a tire issue, it was explained clearly and they fixed it. I will go here again!

I was so happy to find Biscayne Auto today when looking for a good service shop in the area. There’s a shortage of shops I’d go to in the Midtown area, and no shops open on a Sunday, so I had to look a bit further north. I stopped here in a last minute attempt to get my oil changed & tires rotated before leaving town. Little did I know they closed at 4! Even tho they were closing in an hour, they took my van in and had it ready in about 40 minutes! I was stoked to knock one more thing of my to-​do list.
The guys (wish I had gotten their names) were super friendly and even reset my oil gauge indicator. I know that sounds like basic service, but some places won’t do it. The cost for an oil change & tire rotation was a bit more than I usually pay, but these guys did a great, clean job and were a pleasure to do business with. Car service is something I don’t mind paying a bit more for solid service.

These guys are the best. I like to consider them my local go to guys. They’ve been very helpful in the past with various things from tire issues, overheating, etc. Often they don’t even charge me. The other day, a piece of plastic underneath my car came off and was dragging on the road as I drove the car. I stopped in to get it fixed. They did it immediately, despite being busy and then charged me NADA. Ray and his guys are the best.

These guys were great! Very helpful and friendly. They didn’t treat me like I don’t know what I’m talking about just because I’m a 20 something female. They were up front with pricing on a new tire which was $ 30 cheaper than it would have been at Kia. They replaced my tire within 30 minutes. I would have been waiting for hours for my car to be serviced at the dealership. Overall very happy!

Was in Miami 3 weeks ago. Drove down from Tampa and while there my Transmission blew. Took it to Biscayne and got rental car back to Tampa that weekend. Next week they called and said it was the Transmission that needed to be fixed (5^th gear had blown). Paid them roughly $ 1,800 to fix and came back down last weekend to pick up car. Drove car back to Tampa (while not 50 miles into my drive back, 5^th gear blew AGAIN). Made it back to Tampa in 4^th gear and contacted company. They said that IF I drove the car back down to Miami they would «look at it» and that it was under a warrenty.
My reply was:
You want me to drive another 200+ miles in 4^th gear only to the place I JUST PAID $ 1,800 to fix that broke after 2 hours. I have 0 confiedince in their abilites to fix the problem that they were paid to fix.
Asked them to pay for shipping of the car back or refund on JUST THE LABOR or pay for a shop up here to fix and they said they wouldn’t do that.
This is why repair shops get a bad name. Spoke to the owner Ray and asked him what he would do. .. ironically never answered that question.

Two cars, two sets of tires, one brake job, didn’t do brakes on the other because they were straight up and told me I didn’t need them after another shop said it was an immediate need. Replaced the bulb I bought from Auto Zone for my Lexus is300 for a fraction of the cost of the dealer. Quick and efficient (usually same day) work.

These guys do an incredible job. There are excellent and the owner is very attentive to the customers. I have gone to the shop for every titer problem I have had and I will only go there.

They’re a little bit more expensive than Tire Kingdom but I don’t feel like they’re trying to take my money. They extremely helpful and I will be back again.

I have procrastinated on fixing a million of my car’s problems for years, but Biscayne Tire & Auto made me realize that fixing my car is not a terrible thing to do.
They are very helpful and accommodating, their prices are very fair, and they really take the time to make sure everything is perfect.
I wandered in last week when my car was leaking oil and was immediately accommodated by a super helpful manager named Ray, who looks like Vin Diesel. I was fully briefed on how the estimate would be conducted. The cost of the estimate was subtracted from the cost of the job in the end, and even if I had not done the job with them, they would have credited the amount back to me anyway. You have 30 days to decide if you want to use their services).
The time estimate was completely accurate, and the waiting room has free wifi, a TV, water, vending machines, magazines, etc. You are not stranded on a lone island!
if it’s too cold or hot, they’ll adjust the temperature for you. Actually while I was waiting, I talked to another guy who gets all his car problems fixed at Biscayne Tire and Auto. He told me something in his Mercedes broke a while back, and Mercedes was going to charge him $ 3000 to fix it, and this place charged him $ 200– 300. Most importantly: whatever it was, (he told me the problem but i forgot), it never broke again.
Anyway…fast forward to this morning: I got pulled over a while ago and had to produce proof that I fixed my headlight. I called, spoke to Raul, and he told me to come in anytime. He wrote me a mechanic’s report/​receipt for free and made everything super easy for me.

Went there twice, both times took way longer then I was told. But today I brought my roommates car since I was borrowing it, I said I wanted a regular oil change but for them to let me know if he used synthetic since I didn’t want to mess up his engine. Long story short they lied and said they found a receipt for synthetic oil in his car. I’m home now and find out it’s a lie. Not going back again.

The prices are a bit higher than other spots, but they get the job done well and in a decent amount of time. I was happy I could order my own tires online, get them shipped to the shop, and they installed them balanced for $ 30 per tire.

The folks at Biscayne Tire and Auto are the bomb. As a skinny single blonde chick, I am completely used to being taken advantage of at the garage, but none of that here.
I have visited the garage now 3 times, once for a flat tire fix & twice for oil change. I will admit that I am a bit of a hypochondriac when it comes to my truck. I am 100% convinced that every whistle, creak or rattle is going to amount to thousands of dollars and me being stranded on the side of the road with nobody to call. This is a GOLDMINE for mechanics, and more than one have taken that ball & run with it… all the way to the goal line. At least I admit it.
So anyway, today’s visit was for the run of the mill oil change & my back lights were not working (and there is seriously NO TELLING how long that has been going on o_​O). At least I never drive far… willingly. I was convinced that the truck was going to need to be rewired for new lights, but Ray & the guys changed the bulbs (and I’m sure LOL’ed at me), changed my oil & sent me on my way. I am also hopelessly impatient, but all of this happened in about 20 minutes + the bays were full when I pulled in.
The bill was $ 100 total ($ 70ish for the fancy oil change in a truck & $ 20ish for new lights + tax). I think that’s a deal, even if people correct me. I was happy with the price & service, so that ‘s what matters. I’m sure I could have gotten the oil change at Jiffy Lube up the street for $ 50, but then they’ll convince me that I need to overhaul the whole inside of the car for an extra $ 300 or it will break & leave me stranded for sure, only then to break the whole inside of the car & I’ll end up at Biscayne Tire anyway (true story, some names have been changed).
Going straight to the trusty garage is better.
Before finding Biscayne Tire, I was schlepping all the way to FORT LAUDERDALE to get my truck serviced. That is how serious I am about only trusting trusty garages. This is H U G E coming from the girl who won’t leave Brickell without damn near a court order…
