I went in for a bowl piece since mine broke and ended up getting all of my supplies there. Ill definitely will be back. The energy is amazing and the staff took care of me. Shout out to Francesca!

Went to this place for the first time yesterday and i walked out happily ever after… As soon as i walked in it felt nice the music wasnt bad as someone claimed and i dont expext them to know every damn detail about an item thats why i do my own research about an item before i shop but they do know way more than the basic stuff very helpful and friendly service i got. I’ll Be Back… Lol

Well the owner has since reached out to me explaining that they never received the item that I ordered, apparently the manufacturer only makes limited quantities and he apologized up and down. He said he would refund me and still send me the merchandise which was very nice of him, I greatly appreciate that. I will be waiting for another week to see what happens. I am happy that I was contacted and told that I have not been forgotten.

Ok, this has to be my fav smoke shop! Its located in the same lot as Tobacco road. Unlike some others, I guess i’ve been lucky and have yet to have to pay to park (I just tell the guy i’m going to the smoke shop and he lets me park for free, simple enough.) The associate who helped me (didn’t get her name) was lovely spirited prompting this to be my new go to spot. You can get everything from incense, to electronic cigarettes, to vapors, bowls, rolling paper, and breath mints, and the prices are great. Me like it long time.

You know you’re already off to a bad start when you have to pay a $ 10-​parking deposit in advance, try to shop in under 20 minutes AND bring back a purchase receipt in order NOT to forfeit your deposit. What I guess no one has ever considered is that there might not be anything worth buying, and you might STILL have to pick up something small not to feel completely cheated out of your parking cash.
Once through the door of this hipsterish smoke spot, your own thoughts are immediately drowned out by loud, EDM blasting through their speakers. Club life? Fluorescent lights and psycho-​trippy posters set the stage for a stoner flick straight out of the 70’s. These things normally wouldn’t be so bad if you at least felt like the staff is knowledgeable.
I’ve read reviews where people talk up the nice girls behind the counter, and while I can’t say the one who came to «help me out» was unpleasant (she wasn’t), she most definitely did NOT have a clue about actual shishas or its different parts. Every word that came out of her mouth seemed like that of someone who’s been studying their training manual studiously since their hire date. Price points were the focus vs. quality of the hoses, bowls and pipes. She pointed out several shishas that were «very well referenced», though a quick search on Amazon rendered 2 very poor reviews with pretty horrible ratings for each.
Overall, this feels like a posers paradise to do something cool no matter how ripped off they might get. Not impressed by this spot and wouldn’t recommend any serious Shisha smokers to stop in.

The girls that work here were super helpful … Got my boyfriend the coolest cell phone vapor phone case to help him get off the cigs. He’s hooked, went back and wiped the store out on inventory. Best vapor store ever, super friendly & great customer service !!!

This smoke shop is clean and small but well stocked. They have almost everything i needed with cute girls working behind the counter. It has that homely feel to it and everyone is helpful compared to most places i been to so far.

Best smoke shop in Miami, along with their location on 27^th and Biscayne! I will never go anywhere else! Best prices and variety!

The staff here is extremely friendly and so knowledgeable about all of their products. I came in to buy a vaporizer and was shown several different models. The girl who helped me was well versed in all the different models and even took the time to show me how to use and care for my new device. Even if Brickell is a little bit of a trek for you, their wide array of products and super friendly staff will undoubtedly make the trip worth while.

Often times, when retail shops are so amazing I feel as if reviews aren’t even needed– The store and its employees speak for itself. In this case, customer relations do speak for themselves. However, I would like to take the time to add to the awesomeness. There’s no better place to go to in Brickell. these guys are honest, reasonable, friendly, and accommodating. They make you feel like family, Not to mention their products are mind-​blowing! Peace, love, and chill :)

I visited this head shop a couple months ago and decided to purchase a portable vaporizer while I was there. The staff helped me select one and their recommendation backed up my online research so I went ahead with the sale. A few weeks ago the vaporizer stopped charging properly, so I finally made it down to the store this afternoon to see if they could help me solve my problem. The girl at the counter was very friendly and began helping me as a middle aged man (I believe he was the owner) was ringing some other customer’s up. As soon as he finished with the other customers he turned to me, asked me what was wrong, and then started looking around for a new charger for my device. He found one a few seconds later and handed it to me, told me to take it home to test it and return if it still wouldn’t charge.
It has now been a few hours and my vaporizer is fully charged and working beautifully! I appreciate how simple and quick the entire experience was and am very grateful to the employees for helping me out.
*I overheard the owner telling the other customers that he is opening up another shop downtown this coming week!!! Not sure exactly where it will be but keep your eyes open*

Visited this place a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The building itself is painted with great artwork on the outside which makes for great photos for instagram :). The customer service was outstanding and unlike other smoke shops I have been to the staff is very knowledgeable. The woman who was assisting me was patient and taught me all about the «trippy sticks» and hookah sticks. I did not feel pressured I just felt like she was genuinely interested in helping me get the right product for me based on my needs. Although the store is not very big, it has a large selection from low end to high and products. There is of course a slight mark up compared to the prices I have seen online for certain things but that is expected as you are paying for the convenience. They also have a rewards program and if you sign up you get a FREE lighter lol can’t have enough of those around.

LOVE this place. My girlfriend is forever talking about it., and now I see why! Love the décor, the prices. My favorite part — inventory! Every time I walk in there is a new experience. Their neon-​lit shelves are always carrying something new. Not to mention, they probably have the largest selection of vaporizers that I have ever seen.

Wonderful service, great negotiable prices. Bought a huge hookah set and got free M&Ms!

The most fun thing about smoke shops is their «Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell» policy. I’ve never gone to another store and spoken in euphemisms to get what I wanted. Even if I went to a sex toy shop, I’d be like, «Hey, I’d like a set of anal beads» and not, «Hey, can I get that ‘dog chew toy’… for my dog?»
I smoke «tobacco» from time to time. It tends to help with creativity, and reality. I’m not a seasoned «tobacco» smoker, though, and even less so of an experienced head shop patron, so the first time I went in there I asked, «What’s a good bong?» You know how in [terrible] movies or reality shows where a white person says something cheesily-​white to a black person they play this record scratch sound? That’s pretty much what happened. The old man was like, «Eh, heh, heh, water pipe» and touched his nose like he had this secret I wasn’t aware of when I walked into a store with Bob Marley posters and way too many products making 420 puns.
The first time I went, it was with my girlfriend. Neither of us are pros, so we had a lot of questions. The old man behind the counter (uncle of one of the owners, I believe) was nice, but his knowledge of the paraphernalia was about as extensive as ours. Dude is clearly a businessman, not so much an entgineer. What ended up happening was we got to Facetime with this guy’s nephew, who wasn’t there, and he told us as much about those «water pipes» as AT&T’s shitty network would allow until the call dropped. We decided to research this stuff independently and go back one day. «Bong» and «research» are two words I never thought I’d string together in a sentence, unless that sentence was, «This bong is really hampering my progress on this research paper.»
The day we returned, we returned with a seasoned veteran. The old man was there again, but this time there was a woman who knew her shit. Our veteran discussed «tobacco» and the various methods of consumption. I was given a quick crash course on «water pipes» and ended up walking away with a $ 100 thing with a bunch of diffusers, moving parts, digital health monitors, and police scanner. The first time I went, old man was like, «We’ll give you good deal.» He held up to his promise. Not only are their prices already awesome, but they’re receptive to negotiation.
There are a couple of other smoke shops in the downtown area, but none of them are as good as this one, and not all of them cater to «tobacco» users and instead focus on tobacco users. It’s conveniently located next to River Oyster Bar, which must be good for their business, and in the same block as Tobacco Road. They’re also open late on weekends, which goes to show they know their audience.

Forget about the other smoke shops in Miami. This one just opened and is a million times better than the others. Great location next to Tobacco Rd. & River Oyster Bar!
