History

Established in 2000.

Café Sambal, the all-​day casual restaurant housed in the luxurious Mandarin Oriental, Miami, added a little spice to Miami’s culinary scene when it opened its doors. The 160-​seat restaurant features a modern Asian menu created by Chef Eduardo Quintana. Café Sambal’s distinctive design was created by internationally recognized designer Tony Chi and exemplifies a clean, pared-​down, contemporary elegance.
