SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALER!
We saw a BMW listed online from this dealer and it was priced about 4k under everyone else and carfax was clean. We figured even if it was a ghetto type dealer a deal is a deal and we went with the intentions of buying the car.
I called prior to making the trip over there to make sure the car did not have some damage not shown in photo and to make sure it did not smell like smoke. Salesman assured me car was in excellent condition and I told him I would be there shortly. Half an hour later I arrive and I ask to simply see the car. They refuse to show me the car. First red flag. Instead they take me in to their trailer like «office» and proceed to ask for my license and start taking down all my personal information. Again, I ask to see the car prior to this as I do not want to waste their time or mine if the car is in bad condition. They will not let me see the car and give a BS excuse that dealer protocol is to collect our info. first. They then ask me to make a copy of my license which I say NO to. Next a man comes out of another office and says that they do not have the car on site but can have it here in 45 minutes if I would like to wait. When I ask why I was not told this when I called they said it was an inventory glitch on their computer. All lies!
They kept trying to push us to see other cars in the same price range to which I firmly said no, I was only interested in the car I came for and was not going to wait around. TheY assured us they would call me within the hour as the car would be there by then. I never got a call.
Moral of the story: If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. They put up fake ads with cars they do not even have at absurdly low prices to lure you in. Once there they tell you lie after lie in hopes that you will see other cars that are not priced at a good deal price. If all that fails well at least they have all your personal information. This is the perfect place to have your identity stolen as employees and dealer as a whole were so shady.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PHONY ADVERTISEMENTS WITH CARS THAT DON’T EXIST.

Horrendous customer service, wasted our time, sat us in an office waiting for no reason. Didn’t even show us any cars. Didn’t know what they actually had in stock

Worst place ever! Such a waste of time, we came here searching for specific cars. They were unsure of wether they had them. Drive us back and forth around the lot. Found one similar to what I was looking for but was obviously out of my budget. So they sit us down in the office and start wondering why that particular car wasn’t listed online. Instead of helping us get a deal. After leaving to check something we waited and waited forever. And we finally got up to leave, they were not even wondering why we left. In fact our sales guy was holding the door open. So glad I didn’t buy from them.

Worse experience ever, stay away from this place. They are a bunch of delinquents, crooks. Especially, the sales manager and sales person Robert Pavone. They were very rude. I asked them for prices before i filled out any paper work and they would not give it to me. I asked about dealer fees and they didnt know how to explain. They don’t know anything about the vehicles in their lot. The car wash guy knew more about the cars than they did. And he even told me to go somewhere else. I checked the history on two vehicles on their lot before i left and noticed the mileage was not accurate with the history. On 2013 the vehicle had 37 000 miles and now it had 18,000. They are very shady. If anyone goes please be very carful. Alot of people came in the same day i was there and they had purchased vehicles from them and they were complaing about the vehicles stalling on them and extended warranty issues. BE CAREFUL. I TRULY DONT KNOW HOW A DEALER THIS BAD CAN OPERATE.

OMG … Stay away from this place. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. They lure you in with a price on the internet and then they jacked the price up. My purchase was for $ 1991 dollars by the time I left I was at $ 3139. I understand you have to pay for tag title transfer butt $ 500 for dealer fees for cleaning the car and possibly doing some paperwork. Let’s get real we all know this is how they make their profit. I understand but tell me or show me ahead of time what my final cost will be before you waste my time. I will never come to this place or buy anything from them again.

This is the Worst Car dealer Ever!!! Didn’t even wanna show you the car. They wanna see your credit and see how much then can earn from you by haggling price. Don’t ever come here!!! You’ve been warned.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN EVER HAVE!!! FULL OF HIDDEN FEES! The car that I bought here was around 12K online and I end up signing for 17K they gave me all the stories about this and that after spending my whole day and promised to get me financed. After couple of weeks they have requested 1K more down I swear! I had to pay otherwise I was gonna lose the 2K down I have made and they were gonna take the car back! The car had a transmission problem after 3 weeks and they didnt want to repair it. They wanted to go thru the warranty they sold me and asked me to pay for the deductable. I raised hell then they took it to the service and told me to rent a car in the meantime and they told me that they were take care of it. after 3 weeks my car being in service they have only paid half of the rental! Never again with this people. Full of lies Full of tricks Full of hidden fees. Do yourself a favor and dont even stop by to see a car even if it sounds like the best deal ever!

First off if I can rate this place zero stars I would. My experience with this dealership was horrible and I’m not alone when I say this place is only there to take your money, they put on a smile while your signing papers but afterwards they can care less. Never would I have thought a «business» can be filled with such disgusting people. I arrived to the dealer to look at cars and immediately they were already sitting me down to check my credit to see what I can get my hands on, I only went to LOOK at one car I had no intentions of buying anything but after test driving and checking out the car I was pleased with price and decided to purchase it. I took the car to a mechanic for inspection and turned out it had a leak in the gasket and a couple other minor problems, I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealer so I can get the leak fixed since it was covered by the insurance. They took the car and didn’t tell me a day I would get it back so I patiently waited, one week later I called and they had told me that the insurance needed to be «approved» and it would be done it two days. I later went to the dealership and turns out it still wasn’t ready and they kept pushing it back another day coming up with another excuse as for why I didn’t have my car. I was even there in person while he talked to the servicing place which turned out to be a complete lie. This went on for a month. I only had the car for about three days before I gave it to them and they still were asking for payments and I wasn’t even able to use the car for an entire month. And in the end they told me it wasn’t covered by the insurance which it said it was on paper and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. A whole month just to hear that. This place is a scam and is only there to take your money. It’s all smiles while your purchasing but afterwards this place can care less about you or the car they sold you. They try to just shove the car to you so they can get it off their hands and it becomes your problem. I HIGHLY recommend you go some place else when purchasing a car because this dealership shouldn’t even be considered a place of business. This place is just riddled with liars.
P.S thanks you cheap bastards for not even giving me an original key for the car.

I drove an hour after calling and asking for the $ 14 000 cadillac SRX and after over an hour they came surprising me with the car price being at almost $ 19 000. This is a bait and switch business and they thrive off of false advertisement. You will be reported to the BBB and I will seek that you have legal consequences for this illegal practice.
If you want to be raped here bring Vaseline.

Horrible excuse for a car dealership. Went in under the presumption that they were going to show me a vehicle I saw online. Instead they take down all of my information and parade me around their lot looking at cars that are «like» what I am interested in. The «salesman» was telling me where the different car brands originated from, like wth?! What does that have to do with selling me a car, 1, and 2, is it really that farfetched to assume that I might already know that since I came in specifically for a certain type of vehicle?! Oh, and on top of all of that, he ditches me to go hide from the sun under a canopy!!! I wish I remembered his name so I could inform others to definitely stay away from that guy. Talk about being completely unprofessional, disrespectful and useless.

After my horrid experience and reading the even worse experiences others had, I am definitely glad I did not purchase anything from these slobs.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is fucking ridiculous!!! My parents bought a car here because they saw it on tv (biggest mistake on their part) and they decided to stop by to purchase a car. They got a Mazda 6 2012 and boy that car had more issues than God knows what. They went back and told them to give them their down payment back but they insisted on giving them another car instead. They switched to a Mitsubishi Galan 2013. This has been the worst switch I’ve ever seen. When my parents saw the car the next morning the car has 2 different colors. The bumper, the drivers door and the hood not to mention the bumper was loose and the trunk door had a different size. They claim the car isn’t crashed and showed us the car fox report but this car looks like it’s been heavily crashed. Anyways they told us they would fix all the issues the car has. We dropped it off last Monday and we went to pick it up the following Monday. They didn’t do ANYTHING from the list my mom provided. They pretty much did whatever they wanted. They painted the whole side of the passenger side and that’s it. So now the car has one color on one side and another on the other. The mechanic was extremely rude to my mom and I and screamed at us In front of everyone and anyone around us. It wasn’t until the supervisor came out and tried to calm us down. Said everything would be fixed. Another week in the dealer. The supervisor tells me to call him the next day to establish everything and all the suddenly everyone working there is «extremely sick» so they will get back to us sometime throughout the week. This place is HORRIBLE BE WARE !!! Stay away!!! They are rude, disrespectful and defiantly unprofessional !!!

This place I wouldn’t recommend. They are sneaky they told me the car fax was clean and after the deposit they said it was in 2 minor crashes. They take forever and you have to hunt them down. I came to see the car my cousin bought and 45 min later the guy who was supposed to get the insurance never got off his cell phone and when I finally lost my patience he said I’ll call and check now .as in he hadn’t in the 45 min we were waiting. They take advantage of people who don’t knw better. Don’t come here n the skinny guy w the light eyed horrible customer service.

This place is terrible. My cousin and I decided to stop by to have a look and we found disappointment. –_–
*Valet was not available to park our car except for when we parked our car ourselves.
*The parking lot was really crowded.
*The cars were parked so close to other cars you couldn’t open the door to get into the driver’s seat.
*None of the cars had prices listed anywhere on the vehicle.
*I called to see if they had the car I was looking for (and they said they did have it in stock) before we drove down from North Miami, but when we got there the car was nowhere to be found.
*The valet rudely handed us the keys to our car back after we pointed out that they repositioned our car in a spot surrounded by other cars and refused to move it themselves.
Don’t shop here. Don’t even browse around. Actually, you won’t be able to do even that because the cars are parked so close to each other.

Don’t buy anything from this dealer. Car service takes at least 20 days to fix any minor problems. If you don’t have $ 3500 for down don’t even go there. These cars used to be rentals, but they will tell you that they aren’t. They will make you sign the final papers, but they will leave the papers blank, so that they can change your payments later. Save yourself some trouble, and find another dealership.

Same scam with me — was told online listed price is 80% of real price. Walked out and filed a better business bureau report immediately.
False advertising is illegal people. You will be reported.

What a bunch of thiefs! I had the same thing happen to me! I saw a car on the internet and thinking i had had found a deal and when i got there they told me the car was sold and that any car i saw on the thier website did not include an additianal 20% that is added to the price of the car! Do not waste your time with these people

By far, some of the biggest thieves i have ever met! Don’t even deserve this single star! They announce a price on their site, sell u it in the phone, then when u come in, the price is only 80% of what they «think» the price might be. Then they con u into running ur credit to see what u might qualify for and then try to sell u the biggest dumps on their lot, without even telling u what they cost! Piece of shit dealership! Don’t waste ur time!!!

No need to go to a jail to find crooks a bunch work here. DO NOT BUY they will get you in a car with huge interest rate meaning you will be upside down before you leave the dealership. They even tell you if the bank calls you lie to them and state the car is fully loaded etc… this place is crap save your time and money unless you want to be ripped off
Their tactics is finding out how much you are approved for then finding ways to make whatever car you choose total your maximum approval.
