Very friendly staff & a wide selection of both spirits and wines. Open late & very helpful employees. This is the best store of its kind in the area. Always well stocked, never out of anything. Check it out.

The employees here need to realize that they are in the retail business, which requires customer service. With their overpriced liquor, small shop, and sad selection, you would expect that little shop would attempt to excel at customer service. When I asked if they had GREYGOOSE(something very ordinary), the idiot male associate was of no help! He acted as if I should know where everything was in that shop. No sorry, we don’t know what’s in your tiny, pathetic shop. Female associate in front NEEDS an attitude check. Obviously this is a small business that is meant to fail. Other than location downtown, there’s nothing going for this place. This trashy joint charges double for everything. Skip this garbage and go to I Love Liquor. At least their employees have enough brains to show you where their products are AND they don’t give attitude.

Just moved into Downtown Miami and Chandi has got it going on: Called 1st and they confirmed my selection was in stock and price before I left my condo The quoted price matched what was in store The selection is VERY complete with regard to assortment, formats, and price range I was extremely impressed with high end spirits and champagne selection – GREATINVENTORY! Yes, the margins seem a slight bit higher than if you drove to Vintage Liquors or Publix, but this is walking distance from any downtown residence, and let’s not forget the real cost of going anywhere in a car in this town= your time+fuel+patience I thought the staff was hardworking and friendly – we’ll be going back for our downtown spirt and wine needs soon.

The staff here is nice enough, but the prices on certain things are downright ROBBERY. I only come here to buy beer, since their craft beer selection is ok for the downtown/brickell area, which as a whole is frankly pathetic. It’s strange, because not everything is absurdly overpriced. For instance, there are certain craft beers that are very reasonable(i.e. 9 – 12 dollars for a 4 pack of an 7−8% ABV beer. Which is either about what you pay at total wine or maybe a couple of bucks more. I’ll pay an extra $ 2 – 3 to not have to trek to North miami or wherever) However, then there are times when there is 100% MARKUP. For example, a 4 pack of Duvel Sells for $ 20. At Total Wine, it’s $ 10. At publix s that carry iti think it’s like 13 – 14. That is outrageous, and offensive. They had Dogfish Head 120 bottles… for 20 a piece!!! For $ 20, i got one at the Filliing Station Bar/restaurant AND got a cool Dogfish Head glass, AND2 four ounce samples of other beers. Who the F is making these prices when I can get the same beer at a restaurant/pub for the same price and get a ton of other stuff with it??? They sell these at Total wine for $ 9.99. It’s freaking absurd. I still shop here occasionally because everywhere within walking distance sucks but know what you’re buying and what the real price is, because whoever is setting their prices has no clue how to do business and without any consistency or awareness. Think about it, if that’s 100% markup of retail imagine what the difference between distributor pricing is?

Liquor Downtown is super convenient – located right in the heart of downtown Miami and a few blocks away from Bayfront Park, where Ultra Music Festival is held. My beau and I came here two out of the three days prior to Ultra to stock up on liquor and I really liked that they had a large selection, in addition to great it’s location.

Just got off the phone, I was looking for a beer called, ‘Crispin’. Just got introduced to it @ The Filling Station… it’s like apple cider for grown-ups. And I just wanted everyone to know that this place is the same place as CHANDILIQUPRSANDSPIRITS. I did realize that after looking at the address. Anywho, the man on the phone was VERY rude. When I called Chandi’s the first time inquiring about whether or not they carried Crispin, he said, Oh no .it no sound familiar… We no have it.”(Without even taking the time to check his stock or computer). OK moving on. I then called«liquor Downtown», the man said, «you just call me, i already tell ju I have not what you are looking for, we have two names but we same store.» Bummer. Thanks for the info rude guy, guess I should have double checked the address beforehand. So I hope I am helping the next person… this is the same place as Chandi’s liquors.

Spirits are double what you pay at Publix or Costco. I’m not paying that much for convenience. Sorry, I won’t be coming back.

Stopped in the other day for a quick bottle of Champagne. This was about my third time at this location. There are a couple of wine and spirit stores in the downtown area but this one is probably my favorite. The staff are always friendly and give good service. It does have a feel of a wine cellar with all the wood, it has a warm touch, small store but it is layed out very well. They do have some nice vintages and rare boutique wines that you can find in their mix. Their prices are reasonable especially for some hidden gems. A couple of months ago I found some nice wine here at a great price. They have specials throughout the store on spirits as well. This is a nice addition to the downtown area. They did carry the Champagne I was looking for, although they were about ten dollars higher than what I was use to paying but heck it was a matter of convenience for me. Great place to go, close to home and with very nice selections.

ive been living in downtown for years now and i know how most businesses close at 6 and then downtown goes to sleep. well, things have been changing over the last year or so. with so many new condos, like the loft 1 and 2, downtown needed a liquor store. chandi opened their doors and i forgot about getting in the car(or metro-mover), going to publix and all that stuff. instead, i just walk to chandi now. theyre open until midnight, the guy behind the counter is very helpful and is always blasting some classic rock. their wine selection is very decent as well as the prices. they carry some good rums too like pyrat rums and also a decent selection of single malt scotch at very competitive prices. i wish they had more beer tho, microbreweries and craft beers … oh and they deliver too!

I almost walked past this store, but seeing the wooden floors and stack of wine bottles along the interior walls, I had to stop. There’s just something mystical and beautiful about anything that looks close to a wine cellar. Wood and wine just makes me warp to a France or Napa state of mind. Maybe I had been in that state of mind since I had just come out of a nice happy hour in a lofty Gusman Theatre that is just across the street. I walked in, and I was surprised to see a well stocked and varied collection of wines, vodka, and typical bar liquors(not beer). Prices were more than reasonable. There was also ant-caviar(of lumpfish) at good prices(tip: the cheaper one for $ 4.95 inside a box is supposedly better than the one for $ 9.95 in a bottle from what I’ve heard). For all my wining needs, this is probably the place to be in downtown Miami. Hm. It may even not be the place to be in downtown Miami — because they deliver too! NOTE: I have not yet visited Premier Wine Club in downtown Miami, which has beer and cheese — but that place, I believe, is more of a wine bar than a wine shoppe. Liquor Downtown is a local chain: 5142 Biscayne Blvd(3 blocks South of Soyka) 3057515775 801 Brickell Bay Drive(Lobby of the Four Ambassadors) 3053737710 And a new one is opening at Mary Brickell Village.
