Awesome food poor costumer service I went to eat on ¹⁄₁₅ and a lady named Yoandra took my order and she had a very bad attitude not all the employees are like that but today I had the worst experience with her

Its Chick Fil A what can you possibly say bad about this place. They are fast taking and bringing your order. They have nice employees ready to help you. The place is clean and pretty big. Food is amazing! Chick Fil A is awesome!

All of these places are pretty good, I have yet to have had a bad experience. However this one for me is better than the other location in Doral because it’s newer and less packed. So it’s very peaceful to come in and eat. However I have mainly gone at around 8 and when passing by have seen it get pretty busy on Saturday. In the lunch hour rush.

Best fast food chicken sandwich ever. Waffle fries were a good change from the regular fries. Good sauce, just ask for special chic fil a sauce, and prepare your mind to be blown. My brother went bacl for a 2^nd sandwich it was so good. Excellent service, so friendly and warm. Bummed that they are closed sundays, but i respect that.

This location is horrible. I ordered a number 4 and the chicken was dark. They changed it 3 times and all three times the chicken looked old or they are not changing the oil they’re cooking it in. My kids ate the chicken nuggets and my son threw up on the table. The waffle fries were old and had to have them changed as well. The chick-​fil-​a on nw 41 st is a lot better. Always fresh.

Place is awesome. A+++++++ Service. Great food. First class restaurant attention. They’re great. Make you feel like a customer is suppose to actually feel. I’ll come back a thousand times. GOOD JOB EVERYONE!

Their food is yummy here. By far my favorite strawberry shake in town. Their customer service definitely deserves those five stars!

So happy that a Chick-​Fil-​A opened up around this area. I came here on opening day and everything has been very consistent. The décor inside is very nice and bright. Workers are very attentive and always offer to refill your drink or throw away your trash. I usually get the deluxe chicken sandwich and a chicken noodle soup. My food is always fresh and correct whether I dine in or go through the drive-​through. I joked to a worker that the mini cow plushie was cute and he ended up going to the back and getting one for me. Overall, excellent customer service and great food!

Let’s just start with: I love Chick-​Fil-​A. Shamelessly. This location is no exception.
Service is excellent — very friendly and attentive. My food is always SO fresh and darn good. I usually get the chicken sandwich, fries, and a chocolate chip cookie. None of those items has ever disappointed.
Sometimes they have cool little specials going on. Last time, I got a card that gets me a different menu item each month for three months for free. No catches or gimmicks.

I really liked this place a lot. Great service, smiles, and customer service. I got the cob salad. The chicken pieces were small and dry. But other then that, everything was very good. The have a beautiful reclaimed wood table in the middle of the place that caught my attention that I fell in love with.

My first time here and I’ll be coming back!
The service is super fast and friendly. They do have quite a few «fast food options» as well as 3 different salads with chicken. I loved the Cobb Salad and frozen lemonade!
The place is very clean, they ring your food to your table and have outside sitting.

Food is remembrance.
I started visiting Chick-​fil-​A at breakfast time with a group of co-​workers, back in the day. In this certain land where I was merely a transient visitor, this was one of three options serving breakfast. I used to get scrambled eggs and chicken biscuits, and sometimes just the chicken biscuits. I am not talking about a memorable meal, just times with old friends… times that every now and then I like to relive with my taste buds. I do store flavors in my hippocampus.
I like this Chick-​fil-​A location enough to come back. The chicken sandwiches are good, the chicken is cooked right, not uncooked, and the spicy chicken sandwich is not that spicy but spicy enough. The chicken tenders are also good, it’s just a bit hard to mess up a Chick-​fil-​A. Inside, this place looks like an old time dinner. There are bronze lamps, some black and white pictures hanging on the walls, it’s a 50’s feel all around.
The staff is courteous, I wish they would expedite the ordering a bit with better training, as in «give me the options before you ask me what I want to order», but then again, I think every customer here is a repeat customer so they are not expecting many newbies, like yours truly.
There really isn’t much to write about this place. I like that this Chick-​fil-​A has an indoors playground since we are in the tropics, where it rains a lot. In the future, I may just skip the park or the mall and bring the kids to Chik-​fil-​A (and give the tablet a rest).
No complains here. Could be a three stars, could be a five stars, but it is a four stars because of the welcoming staff.

Being from NY, when I’m out of town, I will literally hunt for a Chicfila. It must come as no surprise that my recent trip to Miami landed me at the nearest one. Of course I’m not surprised that the food was incredible. I’m actually writing this review because of the incredible service. Gabriel was absolutely awesome; so much so that I’m just landing back home and wanted to commend him for his memorable service. Everyone was extremely delightful but I’m especially praising him for going above and beyond with attentiveness and an overall great sense of humor.

Best service ever. They treat you better than most restaurant who works on tips. My only problem is that they are close on Sunday, but I guess being religious is a part of their charm.

Meh– I’m generally not a big fan of fast food– but here I am at the new Chick-​Fil-​A in Miami for a second time this week!!! Why? Why indeed.
I’m back for another frosted lemonade! This time I ate in the dining room rather than just going through the drive through. The dining area is very nice! The staff are friendly and service is fast and efficient. The restaurant the restrooms — it’s all immaculate and very clean!
Speaking of clean: The women’s restroom smells like cinnamon! It’s fully stocked with the expected paper products and was organized very conveniently… paper bins in all the right places! MUCH better than its other quick meal colleagues nearby.
Dining in? They bring the food to you in the dining room and clear the table again at the end of your meal. The staff checked on the tables often and were available to refill drinks, grab extra napkins, etc.
AND there are fresh flowers on every table? All «fast food» places should be like this!
I almost can’t believe it myself considering that Chick-​fil-​A is a «fast food» joint — but I’m delighted to check that 5^th star on this review!

Four stars for this Chik-​Fil-​A because the décor is VERY nice and the layout is well thought out (except there are no hooks in bathroom stalls. Yikes for my lady!) They were quick to prepare my order and bring it to my table. I think this might have been a logistical decision on their part because there really isn’t much room for customers to gather around the counter and wait for their orders there. Either way, its a nice gesture.
Minus 1 star because the cashiers are not very helpful. The cashier had no idea what was in ANY of the salads. She guessed some toppings but turned out to be wrong. She joked with me that no one there knew the answer.
The sweet short blonde (manager?) with black glasses came over promptly and helped me. This manager is VERY professional and it is evident to me that she values her job. What a breath of fresh air she is… especially to this area of Miami.

New location in Miami.
This place seems to be smaller than most other locations I have been to. They also have a different layout and tables and chairs to. The workers are friendly and very polite. They take your order and will deliver it to your table. They have a drive thru and plenty of parking in this new strip mall. My favorite items are the small breakfast chicken sandwiches with the crispy home fries, the chicken sandwich, and the crispy nuggets. They have several sauces to chose from.

We’re super excited about this new location! Love the décor and the atmosphere, as usual the employees are great and the service is excellent.
I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe!
Overall great to have these guys in the neighborhood.
