Clean It 4 Less

Something I will never understand about Miami is how many service providers you have to contact offering them your business before you even get a response.
Alejandra was one of the few who responded and her communication was prompt and courteous, an early signal that her service would be of professional quality.
I am glad she responded. She was on time, attentive to detail, pleasant, and eager to ensure we were happy with the cleaning. Very happy with this service and will definitely be using again.

Like it was said before Alexandra excels in courteousness and professionalism.
She texted informing me that she was running late and kept me up to date.
She brought everything she needed to do the cleaning and left the house with a great smell.
Overall it was a great cleaning service but I took a star off as she does not do carpet deep cleaning.
Would definitely recommend her services.

Alejandra was a pleasure to work with. She was able to schedule me at the last minute. If not for the quality of the work that was actually delivered, I would’ve easily given the 5 stars based on her courteousness and professionalism.
However, I was not at all satisfied with her staff’s performance. The cleaner showed up on time, and immediately got to work. I explained in detail what I wanted done. My cleaning was supposed to be a move-​in cleaning, and the house was already pretty clean and empty. I simply wanted a «deeper» cleaning — oven, refrigerator, bathrooms sanitized, lighting fixtures cleaned, etc. The first red flag was when she asked me if I had a ladder or step stool for her to reach the fixtures — this made it obvious that she did not originally have intentions of cleaning the ceiling fans, etc. I did not have time to come back at the end of the cleaning to inspect. The next day, I got to the house and found that the refrigerator had barely been touched. It had been «wiped», but not DEEP cleaned. The oven was lightly cleaned, without any obvious elbow grease. I had to take the oven racks outside and wash them myself. I paid for a deep cleaning, but I ended up having to redo most of it myself.
I text Alejandra and she immediately contacted me. She offered to send the cleaner back to my house, but I had already cleaned it myself. Plus — I feel that it would be kind of awkward to call someone back on a Saturday morning just to clean my fridge and oven.
I felt like the cleaning was something I could’ve done myself, for free and with better products.
I am still debating whether or not to give them a second chance.

Alexandra came out to my house and did a deep clean which left the house immaculate and smelling great. She is very diligent and got everything done. Our bathrooms look brand new and she was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I found Alex on Unilocal when I was stressing to move out, and call her to schedule an appointment. She agreed to come at 8 am in the morning without meeting me first or take any sort of deposit. I was surprised that she can trusted me like this, as a return, I paid her with credit card by phone, just by seeing those amazing before and after photos she sent me! Few days later, the landlord’s realtor came and we had a walk out check. However, he still complained that the water stain on the marble, as well as other little spots on the wall which existed before I moved in. In order to keep my deposit without arguing, I called Alex and asked her if she could come again and clean it, she agreed to come next day and we finally met each other. She is a patient and sweet person just as I thought, I’ve dealt with a lot of cleaning companies, and I don’t believe anyone would do what Alex did, trusted me at first place and clean my unit twice!
I highly recommend Alex, and I will definitely call her again whenever I need her service! She makes my moving a lot easier!

Very disappointed with the company. I have infant twins and had scheduled an appointment made time and not even a call but a complete no show! Very disrespectful and I will not be sending any referrals what so ever!

Alexandra has been cleaning our office for the last 2 years and I am so happy with her amazing work. I was so happy at her attention to detail that now she cleans my home. She ways arrives on time and leaves it smelling so fresh… I am very pleased with her work :)

Alejandra with Clean It 4 Less has cleaned our two bedroom apartment for the past year. She is on time, professional, efficient, and generally pleasant to be around. I trust her to be alone in our apartment and she leaves it looking and smelling much better than she found it. We highly recommend Alejandra!

With our busy work schedules. It is hard to find time to clean the entire house. And having a dog doesn’t help.
We called Clean It For Less by chance. Alejandra whom we spoke to showed up. She was very courteous and friendly. And to top it all off she did a wonderful job. The house looked great. And smelled amazing too. She cleaned every nook and cranny.
