Let my start off by saying the husband and wife of this dry cleaner is super nice and pleasant. I use to take my clothes to oxox cleaners on Biscayne and 22nd and no one wouldn’t even say hello. This isn’t a fancy cleaner you would find in aventura but they get the job done. And my clothes are always ready when it is promise. And the prices are great. I can’t stress how good it feel to be known by name and not looked at like I am bothering someone when I walk in and giving my money for a service, like oxox cleaners on Biscayne and 22nd.

Ok, well, here’s my update since my last not so good visit. I went today to pick up my two shirts from almost a month ago(one damaged, one missing). I had called yesterday and was told they were ready. yet no one called to tell me. Upon inspected, the one damaged was now fixed, whew. and the second shirt… wasn’t mine. He said it was the only blue shirt that he found… but he then went to the back and brought me another blue shirt, and asked if this was it, and it was not. So, I could have easily left with someone else’s clothing and caused something else this disaster, which of course I did not. It just blows my mind. I still was not asked to pay for the items I had cleaned, but I am beginning to believe that the shirt is gone forever. It could have been worse I suppose. someone had messaged me about them having the same problem but with a suit going missing, so, I guess it’s just a shirt. its replaceable. However, I where be going elsewhere from now on to have my clothes dry cleaned.

Now this is more like it, price wise, no pretentious $ 7 dry cleaning like Kim’s Valet, OXXO or Om Sai, even if they happen to be a bit closer to me. Cleanway’s hours are not the best for me(open until 6 Mon-Fri) as I get out from work around 6:30, but they are open on Saturdays as well, until 4:00, and they may be convenient to those who work from home, get off from work at 5:00, or get Fridays off. I paid only $ 4.50 for drycleaning a pair of LINED dress pants, for which other places wanted to charge $ 10! Upon inspection, there were no stains, and the pants were nicely pressed. Dress shirts are only $ 1.25, can’t beat that deal. It’s a little hole in the wall and not very appealing in appearance but I care more about the quality and price than something as superficial as a storefront. They also do alterations, for those interested in that.
