Awful experience! They are only worry about taking the money, then you will never see again a decent customer care. Avoid this place!!!

This place truly sucks the customer service is horrible the lady helping me does not listen and kept picking out styles of dresses after repeatedly telling her that I don’t like those type of styles. This lady was so rude and condescending kept on telling me that I should pick dresses with a younger style (the big puffy ones) and that the style I was going for was for older people, the nerve of this lady on judging my style, this lady was so outdated and has no fashion knowledge whatsoever, when my mom ask her what designer they sell she wasn’t even able to answer the questions correctly, she truly seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there these people truly don’t know what they are doing. On top of the bad costumer service were the horrible wedding dresses I tried on like a good six of five and they all seemed so cheaply made not good quality at all, if I’m planing to waist so much money on a dress I plan on it being with better quality and better costumer service.

I’ve been having the best experience with all the staff. They’ve been super kind and cooperative in all senses, as well as caring and warm, which as a bride you really appreciate. If you are looking for the dress of your dreams, definitely this is the first place you should go without a doubt! I love Dulce, as her name says, she’s the sweetest thing

I highly recommend you avoid this place. Their lack of basic customer service is shocking.
I arrived for my appointment, with a few bridesmaids and my mother in tow. While they had told me when I called that they only had one parking spot, I had completely forgotten as that was several weeks prior. A lady came out and very rudely proclaimed «who is the bride? Your friends took spaces and you and them have to park on the street». No «hi welcome to coral gables bridal how are you» or «do you have an umbrella» as it was a torrential downpour. My maid of honor and myself were speechless. At this point I didn’t even want to go in but my mother begged me to stay. I moved my car (had to park two blocks away) and even with an umbrella arrived to my appointment soaking wet. No one offered me a towel or anything. When the same lady approached me I informed her that I wanted a different salesperson to work with as I found her attitude incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing she countered «i wasn’t rude» and tried to argue with me! Definitely not how to treat customers, especially one looking to possibly spend thousands. My entire party was shocked and one of my friends (who runs a bridal styling business by the way) said we should leave and not even give them our time. Once again my mother asked us to stay. We finally gt another salesperson. While she was nice enough, there was a serious lack of excitement or interest. She never asked about my wedding or even what I was looking to spend on a dress.
Brides, dress shopping should be an exciting experience. You won’t get that here. No one went out of their way to make me feel special (like j del Omo did just an hour prior). Even if I had found my dress there I wouldn’t have purchased it from them due to my experience at coral gables bridal.
Overall, the vibe here is not a great place. It’s not a visually appealing store and the staff does zero effort to make you feel special. Ladies, you may do this everyday but for us brides this is a big deal, and a moment that should be commemorated.

This bridal boutique is truly exquisite. From their elegant selection to their charming staff, it was such an enchanting experience. As a nervous bride looking for her wedding dress for the first time, they made me feel at ease and knew exactly how to make me feel like a princess. I did not feel pressured or harassed at any point in time and they did everything they could to make me feel special. Once i would try on a dress they would ask me what I liked about it and what I didn’t like about it. It was a seamless process that lead to the ultimate moment of saying «yes to the dress». My salesperson was Nancy and she was such a delight. I would recommend this store to all brides. The prices are also very comparable and reasonable. My favorite was the fun props to take pictures once I found THE ONE. Obviously, we did not take pictures of the dress (the surprise will have to wait until the big day). They ask that you do not take pictures of the dresses as you try them on; which we respected. Wish I can do the experience all over again. :)

I had a very unpleasant experience at this bridal shop. I understand that most places don’t take walk-​ins and require appointments. I walked in on a Saturday morning just to ask if I needed to schedule an appointment and I was prepared to return at a later date. The saleswoman was very rude and lectured me on how unfair it was of me to expect service. I did not appreciate being chastised in front of strangers. The very condescending saleslady made us feel unwelcome and like we were in the way.

Highly recommend Coral Gables Bridals!!! Due to horrible weather and Miami traffic we were 45 minutes late to the appointment. I was expecting to be turned away. But, on the contrary from the moment we walked in! All smiles and very welcoming. Rosario was the sweetest, patient lady. She asked what type of dress I was looking for and brought out gorgeous choices. The first dress I tried on, I was in LOVE. Neither I, nor anyone with me had to tell them to bring out veil and shoes. They were always ahead and made sure all aspects were covered. When I was asked the BIG question «Are you saying yes to the dress?» the whole shop clapped and cheered on, making that moment very special. Even the Manger came out with props and offered to take our group picture to capture the moment. Needless to say I should have started at Coral Gables Bridals and saved myself lots of time, having tried on over 30 dresses from other bridal shops.
My family and I were treated with highest level of service from beginning to end. Looking forward to working with Coral Gables Bridal throughout the whole process. Thank you all at Coral Gables Bridal!

It’s shocking to see that this place has 4 stars (it was 3 stars in their previous Unilocal account) and my experience was horrible.
The only reason I came to this place was because the designer I wanted is only available at this store in Miami. So I called to make sure they have the dress I wanted, they said yes. Except when I came, the lady obviously heard me wrong and they didn’t have the dress I wanted. Thank you for wasting my time.
Didn’t want to make it a complete waste of time so I tried on a few dresses. Everything continued to go wrong. First, I tried on a gown that was supposedly $ 7K and the consultant didn’t want to pin it because it would damage the dress. Puhhlease, I went to expensive stores in San Francisco and tried on dresses that are over $ 10K, and they pinned the crap out of those dresses to make sure they fit me well. So don’t give me that stupid explanation.
Second, they have signs prohibiting photography. What the eff? Why not? Every store I went to before allowed photography. That’s how I show my family who wasn’t at the fitting all the pretty dresses I tried on. That’s how I review all those dresses before I agree to buy one of them. No photography? Gosh, how anal can you be.
Third, they have a bench INSIDE the fitting room, so yes, my whole group of friends got to see me strip down multiple times. I didn’t mind, but what the heck… what if I was uncomfortable with that? I would have to ask my friends to wait outside and come in EACH time I put on a dress? Ugh, stupid.
Fourth, the consultant wasn’t nice either. Don’t even remember her name. Fifth, they wrote down the style of dresses I tried on and pricing, but won’t give me a copy. They said next time I come back, they will have everything in my file… Hm…The way they conduct themselves, just so shady. It seems like they’re afraid I’ll get the style number and go elsewhere to buy the dresses. Well, if I enjoyed my time at your store, I wouldn’t go buy my dresses elsewhere (even if it’s cheaper), simply because I appreciate your customer service and care.
Sixth, their dresses are packed tightly against each other on a rack with no pricing or photos on the bag. It was difficult and annoying to view the dresses to see which one you want. I gave up ¹⁄₃ way in and referred solely to catalogue. They don’t even have a lot of the stuff from the catalogue anyway, so that was super pointless.
I didn’t realize how many things went wrong at this appointment, but these people really need to learn the importance of customer service.

I came into Coral Gables Bridal while visiting my mother over the holidays, since I had recently moved to North Carolina. I came in with my mother, best friend, and younger cousin and we all enjoyed the experience.
I had found my gown, purchased it that same day, and was ready for my April delivery. Unfortunately, life can be hard and we had to move up our wedding due to family illness.
I essentially needed my gown 5 weeks early, and everyone at Coral Gables Bridal busted their butts to try and get my gown in time. They kept me in the loop with several emails weekly, and never once made me feel like I was bothering them.
In the end, I didn’t get my exact gown but not because of Coral Gables Bridal. They were kind enough to offer me other suggestions that were very similar to the style and look that I purchased that I would have in time. The best part? Even though the designer charged them for both gowns, they didn’t hold that against me.
I’m thankful to have found a bridal store that cared and was willing to help me through a tough experience.

Bad service. Woman who helped me had a bad attitude and I don’t think she smiled once. Definitely didn’t buy anything from here.

I found my dream wedding dress at Coral Gables Bridals! From beginning to end, Mabel was a joy to work with; she was quick to pull dresses that fit my body type and to share her dress expertise. When the original dress I selected was unavailable due to manufacturing issues, she immediately informed me, and I was able to select a dress that I loved even more! After I let her know of my busy work schedule, she did not hesitate to schedule fittings during times that would work for me. The tailor, Elsa, was also super sweet, and was able to get my dress perfectly altered after just 1 fitting.
I highly recommend Coral Gables Bridals. Their new store is big and beautiful, with private dressing rooms, so that you can see the dresses from all angles.

I’m going to go ahead and call bullshit on these two glowing reviews below mine. They might be true, but Amazing and Staff are two words I would never use to describe this store or the people who work there.
First off: Don’t hang up on me when I call to ask about nearby parking.
We had a 12:15 appointment for my best friends FIRST wedding dress shopping experience, we were there on time, excited, happy, giggly and were just greeted in a super cool manner. I may have romanticized the idea of wedding dress shopping because I watch so much wedding reality crap on TLC, but damn can a sista get a smile, a «ooohhh ahhhhhh let me see your ring», a mimosa, rub my corns, a gatdamn dixie cup of lukewarm water… something???
It was pretty much ruined. She showed the ladies a couple of dresses and silohuettes she was interested in and that’s when Mabel and her fuckery began.
I will start of by saying my BFF is by no means obese. She is a very tall girl with a bigger frame. Think a Queen Latifah Type, who is gorgeous, BTW.
If you let Coral Gables Bridal tell it you would think she is the 600 lb woman.

They bring her out in a pretty standard dress and then begin to strap the dresses (that she actually wants to purchase) to the front of her body with like shoelaces. I get that you don’t carry all your dresses in a size 16/​18, but get your shit together. Plus Size Women are taking over and you need to keep up or lose some business. Over 50% of American women wear a mix of standard AND Plus-​Sizes.

That’s not even where it ends… as if you haven’t already ruined her experience, you open your mouth to suggest that one of her bridesmaids tries on one of the dresses because she is thin and that way she can «see’ what the dress will look like. Are you fucking kidding me? They are two different people and body types. How exactly was that going to help her???
Mother and Mother-​in-​Law were in attendance so I kept my «Chi-​Town» truck driver Logan Square/​Humboldt Park mouth under wraps.
If they weren’t there, it was not going to be nice.
I simply stated «That’s not going to happen» and I gave her a «Mabel have several fucken stadium seats» glare while everyone looked at her in shock.
I don’t understand how you make money. Wedding dresses are not cheap and she was prepared to purchase that day.
Simply put. Rude Service. Go spend you hard earned dollars where you are appreciated.
The only time they started acting pleasant is when we were leaving.
We ended up at Merlili Brides (shout-​out to Olympia for the extraordinary service) and that is where she is saying Yes to the Dress.

Coral Gables Bridal is by far the best place to find the dress of your dreams. Not only the best dress selections but you will instantly fall in love with their amazing staff. I’ve had a whirlwind of an adventure that caused my dress to be rushed. Without a blink of the eye, they were with me every step of the way with confidence and the upmost consideration. I absolutely love this boutique. Please visit them, it is worth every second!!!
