History

Established in 1991.

Courtesy Property Management was founded in 1991, by Ralph Rios (President) with seven (7) Associations. Since then, Courtesy Property Management has grown to be one of the top property management firms in the Miami-​Dade County with carefully designed organizational structures and practices geared toward optimizing a property’s performance. Today, CPM manages over 60 properties throughout Miami-​Dade, including Kendall, Doral, Homestead, Miami Lakes areas.

On July 1, 1991, Ralph Rios opened the doors of Courtesy Property Management with a dedication to making a positive impact on the growing South Florida market.

Motivated by a solid work ethic of honesty and integrity, combined with experience and proficiency in the industry, CPM is committed to a high standard of quality community management at affordable costs.

Mr. Rios brings over 25 years of experience to CPM, having served as a Building Manager and Director of Property Management for two of South Florida’s premier corporations.
