After being part of a renowned Crepes Franchise in the United States, Chef Alfonso decides to go pursue his passion for culinary industry and best customer service practices, building everlasting relationships and memories trough the last 10 years in business in the United States.

Chef Alfonso, is an Ecuadorian by heart, Almost French… Long story, ha ha, with a background in Business and hospitality industry with a long record of food establishments opened back in South America and later on in our beautiful Sunny Miami. He has had the luck of gaining lots of friends and customers along the journey as well as experience and knowledge of customer’s needs.

It has been a great experience and it will continue bringing happiness with Chef Alfonso’s love for people and best customer service practice, to all his friends and customers from South Florida and Everywhere!
