The product and service quality that Custom Concepts provides is beyond compare. In the last 20 years I have had many dealings with companies for upgrades to my home. Never have I been as happy with the results. Typcially I would go by word of mouth to find the type of service I needed. On this occassion I was looking for some gates for my home. I wanted something specific so I began to google in order to see what was out there. In my many searches I kept comming up with Custom Concepts, so I decided to contact them for an estimate. From that initial contact to the last day when the gates were installed I was impressed. The person I dealt with was Mitchael and he was great. In my dealings with him he was always very reliable, beyond my expectations. It is typical that construction and or service people tell you one thing and deliver another… Not him. Based on my past experience I kept waiting for him to prove me that he was just like all the others and time and time again he showed me otherwise. He called when he said he would, the project went as he said he would and he charged exactly what he said he would. Then came the time to install and the installation went exactly as he said it would. Finally the product he deliverd was exactly what I had requested. From the design to the color to the install. I would recomend this company to anyone that is looking for the products that they provide.
