Cypress Airboats specializes in Private Airboat tours in south Floridas Everglades National Park expansion lands. We offer from 1 to multiple hour private airboat tours for couples, familys and corporate groups. We give a fun but educational airboat ride thru the river of grass viewing large american alligators as well as the bird and plant life. Our boats are smaller, comfortable, and fun to ride. When you tour with us you will not only have a fun airboat ride but you will have an educational experience about Floridas Everglades and the river of grass. We are not a tourist trap.

History

Established in 1988.

The business started back in the late 80s due to the need of a more private airboat tour for consumers, something more personable and private. Cypress airboat tours was one of the first companies to do private tours in the everglades with smaller boats to get into the back country where the larger bus boats could not go. Since the beginning cypress airboats now has the finest, modern boats there are in the airboat world. Comfortable, fast, and fun.

Business Owner

Captain Wayne is a united states coast guard captain with over 30 years experience in the everglades, as well as a professional fishing guide born and raised in west Miami in the eastern everglades a true native of south Florida. Captain Wayne has been airboating in the everglades since he was 16 years old and owns and operates cypress airboats as well as two other fishing charter companies. He knows the everglades it has been his home and backyard since 1965.
