RENATO IS FINALLY HERE!!! I’m so glad this salon has their new stylist, Renato. I was a client of his for many years in New York and now am so excited he is in Miami at Denise Beauty Salon. As soon as I heard, I (seriously) booked a flight to see him and have Renato transform my hair. Honestly, that’s what he does — transforms hair and makes you look and feel beautiful. I live in Texas now and just can’t find anyone who is as good as Renato. The price of the plane ticket is nothing compared to how you feel after having your hair done by Renato. He is that stylist that just looks at your face shape, listens to what you want and your lifestyle, and KNOWS what will make you look and feel beautiful. He is a master colorist and in over 15 years has never damaged my thin, blonde hair. We all want to find that «forever» hairdresser and I have found that in Renato. I will follow him wherever to have him cut and color my hair.
I also want to say that the salon is comfortable, clean and beautiful. The other people that work there are friendly, nice and welcoming. It was well worth the trip and I will be back soon. If you want to find a great salon, go to Denise Beauty Salon but if you want a FOREVER hairdresser, book with Renato.

Denise is amazing. I came to get a wax here with her. Automatically I walked in and she was so sweet and fast and did a fantastic job. The salon is gorgeous located in a nice fancy building in downtown Miami. I loved how she was talking to me the entire time I was getting waxed. I was super comfortable and happy with her services. I highly recommend all of her services. Blow dry is reasonable at $ 35 and up you can’t go wrong. Waxing for men and women. Denise is the best. Highly recommend this salon for any beauty service.

I love this place I moved to Miami a couple months ago from California and end up in overprice places and never left the salon feeling accomplished.
I have to say that from the moment I got there and left I was treated amazing Denise is a sweetheart. Let’s talk about SALVY, He did miracles with my hair. I wanted a vibrant red and he did exactly what I wanted without compromising the integrity of my hair. Salvy you are my hair savior. I will definitely keep coming to you.

This is a marvelous place to restore your hair. I came in for a Brazilian blowout with a rough haircut and over processed hair. The Keratin treatment I decided upon gave me such gorgeous, shiny hair that I left feeling like I had a new head of hair! Maury does a terrific job with the process, explaining each step and paying close attention to detail. I highly recommend him for those who want a keratin treatment done right! They were all so kind and positive in this salon. You feel that whatever you want done will get done well. I have to been to many salons in Miami and I can say this one knows their stuff! Thank you for restoring my hair health and hair confidence. I know I’ll have good hair days from now on. (I came in on Nov. 17th and my hair still feels great.)

I had a very pleasant experience during my first visit to Denise Beauty Salon for a haircut.
I was able to make a same day appointment midweek. I was the only customer there that afternoon. Reception was very welcoming and I felt like Salvy really listened to how I wanted my haircut. The salon was very clean and I like how 2 of the walls are floor to ceiling mirrors.

This is my third time being here to cut my hair and I always have a great experience. The hairstylist that cut my hair was Salvi. He understands what you want. I am a very picky person when it comes to my hair, and I have been to many places where I say cut 2 fingers and they cut 5. Salvi is very professional in the sense that he knows what he is doing and he does what you want. He Listens to you. My sister works in that building and after her recommendation to cut my hair there the first time I loved it. I drive from Boynton Beach to get my hair cut there. This time I had really overgrown hair and I wanted 5 fingers cut… Yesss that much!!! (you can imagine), Salvi did just that, cut my hair 5 fingers and styled it beautiful. He is talking to you constantly throughout to make sure you feel ok by what he is cutting and if you are liking your style. The place in my opinion is not expensive. I have seen worse prices in Miami. when i lived there. The owner Denise is super nice and you can always call her and see what promotions she is running.

I visited the salon yesterday for a waxing appointment after lunch. I recently moved to Miami and was looking for a new waxer.
Denise was wonderful – very nice, punctual, and totally comfortable to be with for the waxing process. I waited a day to write this review because I wanted to see how my skin was doing today. There is less irritation than I’ve had with any other waxers which has been a problem for me in the past.
Parking was kind of a pain, but I guess that’s something to be expected while in downtown Miami. Luckily, the appointment was speedy and didn’t last too long. The online booking was very convenient, too!
I’ll definitely be back in the future.

My recent experience at Denise Beauty Salon was fantastic! Salvi did a fantastic job cutting and coloring my hair. He got my color just right (not an easy task). Denise and her staff were very welcoming, friendly, and extremely professional. The salon was clean and looked and smelled great. Will definitely be coming back!

What a hidden gem! I had a great experience! Got a deep conditioning treatment with a haircut. They even expedited the whole nail thing as my hairstylist was drying my hair as I was getting my nails done. They are clean and courteous. Even saved a few bucks using the Unilocal deal. Will definitely visit them again.

This review is a few weeks delayed but I would really want to give accolades to Aldo for the gorgeous blond ombré highlights he gave my hair. He has amazing positive energy too which is what attracted me to trust him with my hair (I’m very picky of course) Reasonable prices and a gorgeous blow out too. I also wish to thank Denise because the eyebrow shaping she did is very glam, and my mani/​pedicure was very neat and polished and held on for a good while. Location isnt the best or most glamorous but what I got from Aldo and Denise really made me happy, plus I got a nice glass of wine then a coffee on my second visit. I will be back for services.

I normally do not write reviews, but this place really deserves one because it has been almost a month since I went there and I cannot stop thinking about how nice it was!
I love my hair and cannot stop looking at it! My hair color was amazing! The conditioning he used made my hair feel the softest that it has ever been!
All my friends love my hair and even strangers compliment me on it!
It’s like he turned my hair into magical stands over my head!

My stylist Salvi was amazing and he went above and beyond to make sure I loved my hair. I showed him what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do to make a miracle come true! He was also really excited about the results and I could tell that he really loves what he does!
The receptionist and the owner Denise are also extremely welcoming. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at home at any other beauty salon!
As soon as I walked in, it was like I was in another planet and I was the queen!

I’ve been to Denise Beauty Salon on three different occasions now and every time, I’m thrilled with the outcome. Aldo is an amazing colorist and an absolute doll. He gets my hair the perfect color of brown with a natural mix of highlights that I constantly receive compliments on. Previously, I always hated going for a haircut because stylists never listened to my requests to leave the length as long as possible, but Aldo always keeps my hair long while giving it life.
In addition to having a stylist I can trust with Aldo, the salon is affordable, clean, and offers a pleasant environment. Unlike many salons that don’t offer an accommodating schedule and are always packed with appointments, Denise Beauty Salon is flexible and offers a quiet, relaxing setting. To top it all off, the owner, Denise, is a gem and a pleasure to chat with every visit. She’s truly dedicated to her business and providing customers with the best possible experience.

First time visit today. I was given a Groupon for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment.
The salon is quiet, clean and smelled amazing! Very nice receptionist girl, both on the phone when making my appointment and during my visit.
My stylist Maurey was very cheerful, informative and listened when I told him I just wanted a trim. I was given tea and cookies during my deep conditioning treatment, which is always a plus when you’re having a spa day.
Will return & recommend!

Wonderful experience at Denise! Very clean and organized space and conveniently located to Brickell.
I found the salon on Groupon, called to make an appointment before purchasing and was accommodated rather quickly (I think within the week and around the time I was looking for) and the receptionist kindly told me I was able to receive the Groupon price without purchasing it through the site, which was very convenient.
I went with the cut and deep condition and loved both, my only qualm was wishing my cut was a little more intense but i think that was my own doing. The deep condition was excellent and I really do feel like it helped my hair!
They having a mailing list with incentives and offers, and I will definitely be headed back and will be sure to recommend friends.

So sad that Aldo is no longer at the salon, and although I would usually call and he could fit me in last minute, it would seem they are now having a tough time keeping pace with the increased business.
Very sad that after several months of using them the service has decreased and doubt I will be back.

I called Denise’s Beauty Salon when another salon called me and had to cancel because they double booked. Needless to say, I was stressed! But as soon as I stepped into Denise’s shop, I felt so much better. I called for a same-​day appointment and they accommodated me. I went in for a haircut and manicure, both of which were wonderful. I was especially impressed by my hair dresser (whose name escapes me, darn!). I always ask for a pixie cut, which is difficult to do with my thick, straight hair, but he worked MAGIC and it’s never looked better. You also can’t beat the prices for the quality of work that you’re getting. I ended up paying $ 50 without tip for the haircut and mani. I’m definitely going back!

I had the most amazing haircut and spectacular blow dry, with a hydrating treatment for $ 50. Beside the price being unbeatable, the quality of work is just superior. Stylist Maury did my hair and now I’m hooked! Their flexible scheduling is a huge plus, as I work full time and find it hard to make appointments. I had a 5:30 appoint on a Thursday — pretty sweet if you ask me! Everyone keeps touching my hair, and asking me if it’s a wig! My hair has so much bounce and volume, all while being silky smooth. The location is great too! I work in brickell and totally made it there in 3 minutes. Parking might be a bit difficult but it’s totally worth it, as the charming ambiance of the location is refreshing — it’s in a lower level suite inside a biscayne tower.
Let me add, Denise is pretty lovely herself. She’s always accommodating and pleasant. It’s like visiting your favorite aunt.
I’m definitely coming back! I will even get my nails done while I’m there to spare my valuable weekend hours :)

It was Saturday morning and I wanted to have my hair cut in last minute and this is the only decent place I was able to get appointment, I was kettle concerned seeing the 1 start reviews. But when I reached there my perception totally changes with the service and friendly staff. I questioned them about the one start ratings and after listening to her story I felt some times users write reviews out of their emotions with out any truth to it which hurts the small businesses like these very badly.
Great service, very friendly, highly recommended and will go back for sure.
