Update– 3 years later and my teeth have not fallen out like they told me it would if I didn’t pay the $ 40 per tooth for antibiotic injections.

Really good Dentist fast and super helpful. I had an emergency with one of my tooth and the Dr and his team stayed a bit late to help me. Definitely my new Dentist place.

I called Dr. Fleischman’s office to make an appointment and got their answering machine. I left a message but received no return phone calls after repeating this process two more times. After the third try, I finally connected with them and scheduled a time to go in for a cleaning.
The cleaning was hurried, and the dental hygienist was less careful than others who have cared for me in the past. She took so little care that I was in quite a bit of pain and bleeding everywhere by the time we were done with the initial cleaning. I was already considering an early exit when she announced that she wouldn’t be able to polish my teeth because I needed to schedule a deep cleaning instead. When she refused after I asked her to finish this final step, I waited for the dentist to pay me a visit. I waited for 20 – 25 minutes without seeing him, and then took my chart to the front desk where I asked to pay and leave.
At this point, the dentist met me up front and asked to see me in the examining room. I explained that I had to leave to be on a time for a doctor’s appointment that I had made at Baptist Hospital a month before. When I made the dentist appointment several weeks prior, I asked how long one would typically take and they were clearly ran over by more than a half hour. I mentioned at that time of the call that I was scheduling both close in time and was concerned about the timing. They assured me that it would not be an issue.
All in all, I would not recommend going to Dr. Fleischman’s office. Over the years, I’ve seen many, many dentists and his office ranks in the lowest 10% that I’ve seen.

I have known Dr. Fleischman for many years now. He mentored me during my undergraduate studies at the University of Miami. He is an excellent, professional, and more than capable dentist.
He is the mentor for pre-​dental students at the University or Miami, and he is now a clinical instructor at Nova Southeastern’s dental school.
I’ve visited his office many times both as a patient and as a student shadowing. His office staff is always friendly. I believe his committment to mentoring and teaching others entering the field of dentistry speaks volumes about his character.
I’ve observed him doing procedures first hand too, so I can definitely vouch for his skills. Obviously, Nova Southeastern can also vouch for his skills since he is a clinical instructor there. He also graduated first in his class at Howard dental.
