I found this place after being redirected by another florist in the area because it would be closer to my delivery location, after finding the other place in the lengthy search to find a reliable florist in the Miami Gardens area. I had purposely avoided this place after reading the reviews on Unilocal,but I was not disappointed.
I ordered online, and the process was fairly simple. The arrangement was close to the picture online, and arrived looking great! I had ordered an arrangement to be sent to the family of a friend who had passed away, so I was especially nervous to make sure they would not be disappointed by wilted flowers. It was delivered early Saturday morning in great condition, with the card and my message typed onto it perfectly. I suppose you could say it was «pricey» (the total for this great arrangement plus delivery was a little over $ 100), but flowers are expensive, by nature. These flowers and arrangements were definitely as pretty as other arrangements I saw in more expensive shops! Give this place a shot, for sure.

WARNING: Do *not* order for Sunday Delivery! It won’t happen.
This was a Mother’s Day FAIL. And it sucks. Because of a local mixup, needed to order flowers for delivery on Mother’s Day. Dolly’s site (via FTD) had Sunday delivery. A bit pricey, but this was for Mom. Placed an order for a large bouquet of roses, got confirmation email of order, etc.
Flowers hadn’t arrived by 3pm, figured they might be busy with deliveries and it would be late afternoon. Flowers never arrived. :(Got a call Monday morning, was told they saw my order and aren’t open on Sundays. WHAT??? I placed order online, with confirmed Sunday delivery. Had to explain the disappointing no-​flower day to Mom. :(Wasn’t even offered any compensation because THEIR ordering system was faulty and my Mom MISSED getting flowers on Mother’s Day! They just asked if I still wanted the order delivered (*after* Mother’s Day). I said, err, no. Too late.
Poor handling of the situation by Dolly’s. No offer of anythin to compensate for THEIR screwup. And Mom went flowerless. (I’ll be visiting her shortly in person to make up for this.)
DON’T ORDER FOR SUNDAY DELIVERY, even if the website says you can!

Received flowers from Dolly’s and it was horrible! Not professional at all. The arrangement was delivered in a vase that was wet and the flowers looked dead and lopsided! When I called Dolly’s to let them know I was told to dry off the vase and rearrange the flowers myself. So unprofessional! My family that sent it said it was not at all what they ordered and was not even half the size it was supposed to be. Not even worth one star!

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and the arrangement that was delivered to my house was a complete joke ! It looked
like a five year old put it together in their backyard. I was very disappointed for the money that was spent.
I then called Dolly’s and their solution was to send me more flowers to add into the vase myself. My business will never go to them again.

We used Dolly’s Florist a couple years ago for a tabletop lighted Christmas tree made of branches of various trees and greenery. It was beautiful and fresh. This holiday season of 2012 we ordered it again. The price had increased significantly and most important some of the branches were already dry when it was picked up. We will not order again.

screwed me over last minute, I thought they were a big national chain so they would be reliable, boy was I wrong!!!
Last minute I called Dolly’s to deliver flowers close by, within an hour the flowers were delivered, and boy were they great! Big pulpy roses, dripping of moisture and life, looking like they were picked a few minutes ago! I was blown away, and they smelled great too.
FYI, the ones from
showed up too way LATE, and they made Dolly’s look even better. lol That bush 1800Flowers delivered was ugly in contrast!
Cost was the same at both
and Dolly’s, so I figured 1800Flowers guys are middlemen and its best to go straight to a local well reputed establishment.
