Domino’s Pizza

HORRIBLE Customer Service… I got hung up on 3 different times MID SENTENCE-​MID INQUIRY and all I heard the last time I called was a lady in the background in Spanish telling the guy on the phone to put me on hold because «they’re too busy». (Hello, we live in Miami. I speak Spanish too) Last time I checked, without the customer you wouldn’t have business. I called back to get her name and write a letter, she very sarcastically gave me a fake name and said «BYE!» And hung up again. I could even hear her smiling through the phone. As someone in the industry I was appalled at the level of disrespect shown toward a patron, I usually just keep my mouth shut and simply vow to never go back but this lady’s attitude deserves a review and a letter to corporate.

Fast carry-​out service, as it should be, good specials, and for the kids, it does the job! I’m a bit disappointed that they don’t have credit card readers in place, for Pete’s sake, it’s 2016! Other than that, good local fast pizza place.

Ordered online very easily. Cheap pizza that came exactly as ordered. The delivery was quick and driver was very friendly. I was actually shocked at the great customer service for a pizza place.

Just your average Domino’s shop. As far as pizza goes, there’s nothing out of this world. It’s comparable to any other Dominoes. Delivery was within reasonable time. The chicken wings were small, soggy, and kind of gross. Is this how they are at all Dominos? I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy! Other than that, I will probably be ordering pizzas again sometime in the future.

Been coming to this location for over 6 years results always the same. Pizza was fresh and good but the wait time is over 45 minutes for my pizza on a Wednesday

Horrible and never going there again ! When I took a bit it was full of grease and nearly threw up ! My opinion is to go to a different pizza place !

Ordered via the app which is really easy to use. They have the 5.99 special and you really can’t beat that. The pizza from this location is always fresh and tastes great! Also the app lets you see when the pizza is being prepared cooked and ready.

This rain had me feeling lazy today and I missed the Oyster event down at the art district. So me and my son decided to order some Dominos pizza, now i dont really order in pizza but for a delivery they were pretty quick especially with all this rain and they got my order right lol! We decided on a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage there pizza crust has gotten much better and also the taste was pretty good not so much the wings thou it lacked that real buffalo flavor and it seemed very microwaved with sauce thrown on. You can choose a dip with your wings i choose blu cheese. This will be an emergency only stop for food.

This dominos is normally very fast and efficient but they were having an off day today. I normally place my order online with no problem. I go in 15 minutes and pick up a delicious hot pizza. But this time around it was 35 minutes and everything was ready except for the simple pepperoni pizza. The staff was very friendly very apologetic very kind I guess it must of been the manager but he was nice considering that I asked for a refund on my credit card and did not want to take my order.
I am not a picky person but when your pizza is sitting there for 25 minutes and you’re still waiting another 15 minutes for simple pepperoni there is a problem. O’well this doesn’t mean I won’t be back because I truly never have had any problems for the last 20+ yrs I’ve been ordering there… Like I said before, everyone is entitled to a bad day.

I love Dominos especially this location I love their Mushroom Pizza and Thin Crust yummy

Often order from here for Friday nights. This Domino’s is very consistent. All their pizzas and cheesy bread taste great. They never mess up on orders and the delivery drivers are amazing since they get to my house so fast.
