Established in 2008.

Founded in 2008 Dynamica Architecture + Interior Design is a Miami based international Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in contemporary projects. We provide Architectural, Green Building Design, Interior Design, and Urban Planning services for Hospitality, Residential and Commercial projects both locally and abroad. Our team experience consists of designing chic hotels and resorts, repositioning of high-​end residential, planning of mixed-​use centers, smart commercial and retail projects such as shopping malls, the latest restaurants bars and nightclubs, multi-​family high rise, affordable housing, adaptation with emphasis in specializing of Green Buildings and renovations throughout the Americas and abroad. Some of our recent projects include Arkadia /​LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Miami Beach, FL; Mokai Outdoor Café in Miami Beach, FL; Gateway Center, Doral, FL, Park Inn Hotel, Panama.

WILLIAM A. LAI, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, President & CEO, a native Miamian, William founded Dynamica Architecture + Interior Design which is set to become internationally renowned for its sleek and impeccable architectural design, planning of mixed-​use centers, chic hotels and resorts, high-​end residential, smart commercial and retail projects, as well as immaculate renovations throughout the Americas and abroad. William has been involved in the design and planning of more than $ 10 billion dollars in new construction and renovations.

Prior to Dynamica, William earned his tenure at the world-​renowned firm, Arquitectonica His creativity and brilliance can be seen not only throughout our very own skyline but throughout the world. Some local projects include Marina Blue, Blue, One Miami, Latitude on the River, Axis, Icon Brickell, Marquis, Canyon Ranch Living, and the University of Miami Student Center which is one of the first LEED Silver projects on the Coral Gables campus.
