like ones a month i order Fruits. even at west palm beach Edibles shop and i love the service. fast and the ladys i talk to they are rely nice. today i make and order online at kendall store at 5:00am and the arrangement pick up was by 8:30. the store open at 8:00. i gets there at 8:10 the lady was really nice and ask her if have to wait and she told me nop. IT IS READYYYYYY. im HAPPPYYYY. 5 STARSSSS

Bypass this store and go to another. Every time you call I believe her name is jennine says she is super sick with a cold, WTH??? In a food establishment? Thank goodness I found another two establishments that will deliver the 3 arragments I send out at least every other month. This is so gross and sickening to have someone cough violently and snort while taking a food order, when asked are you sick? she says oh yes, no way ! No order thank you. It happend twice and I found another place to order from. She is either trying to distroy this business and succeeding or just to dumb to see the damage to it by saying she is super sick. I have asked all my family members and friends not to buy me anything from here, and I won’t endanger my friends and business associates either.
STAY AWAY, ORDER FROM ANOTHER EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT!!!

I specifically mentioned them, to notify me when they were going to drop it off (it was a surprise for a family member). Well what these overachiever did instead of notifying me, they went and called they were on their way with the secret present to the Birthday girl. Nice moves a-​holes…
P. S. If you want to keep it a secret, definitely do not trust them.

So disappointed. I love Edible Arrangements and usually we order from Downtown Miami or North Beach. The fruit is fresh… lasts for days and the chocolates are covered with a nice thick layer of chocolate. These boxes from the Kendall branch were rotten the next day. I received them as a gift like I do every week and the leaves on the strawberries were wilting as soon as I got them. The strawberries were half covered and messy looking. When you bit into them they were soggy and the bananas too. The apples were browning underneath the chocolate. Not impressed at all. Two boxes in the trash of what was meant to be a treat. Never had this experience with any other Edible Arrangements we’ve ordered from. A lot of money to waste on rotten fruit. We collected the 2 boxes on Feb 11th. Wouldn’t order from them again :-(

Ordered online, payed and when I went to get it, the delivery guy took it with him… what? Yes, we can make u another one, she said, it will take about an hour. Not even an apology. Very Miami like balsero customer service. If you are charging so much for fruits, the least you could do is offer accurate and polite service. Geez!

There is always a way to gain back a customer and I have to admit, this business has gained me back in the most pleasant way possible. Nothing demonstrates customer care than the actual owner/​management reaching out to a previously dissatisfied customer even after months have passed from their unexpected experience. Thank you Chris for paying close attention to your customer’s concerns and making it better. HUGE example to other businesses in how to mend their customer relationship by listening, acknowledging and correcting the issue!

They offer pick up services, which is great because it’s close to where I live. Fruit is always fresh and delicious. Absolutely love the dipped fruit. Great gifts!

Simply Horrible!!! This place is totally rediculous !!! Ordered my daughters arrangement at 1pm to be delivered by no later then 7pm… it was 8:30pm and NOTHING!!! Don’t mind the fact that I called 3x’s to confirm! This place is horrible !!! Total disappointment on my own daughters special day!!!
