Einsteins Bagels-like wonder bread with sesame seeds on it Pro-Tip: go somewhere else At least Dunkin Doughnuts has a excuse they aren’t called Dunkin bagels. So for my $ 4.18 i request a toast sesame bagel. I received a slightly warm under cooked not toasted round dough formation that Einsteins asserts is a bagel. This bagel would get you banned from NYC or Montréal. Horrific. Zero stars if I could. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very slow service for an airport location with very long lines of passangers waiting to get some breakfast. A good thing is to know that opens 24 hours.

The staff was quick and courteous, which is always a plus. However, the vanilla latte was cold and the bagel was definitely not fresh. Although they warmed it up and added a little bit of cream cheese, it was very rubbery and stale. I was really excited about another breakfast option at the airport but unfortunately, this missed the mark. Hopefully my next visit will be much better.

I will depart from my fellow Unilocaling travelers on this review, as my visit to this Einstein’s was solid. I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews, but I trekked down the terminal anyway. My bagel was pretty fresh and the service was good – the cashier wasn’t bubbling over with enthusiasm, but she was friendly enough, and very few people are super energetic at 6:30am anyway. This is also an immaculate location with a great menu. No complaints from me.

I had the skinny bagel with egg whites, and asparagus to keep it low cal as I am heading to LA and will probably eat too much food out there. :) It was ok. I will say, that they should not warm up the egg whites in a plastic container as they did, because the chemicals in the plastic will permeate into the food. So thumbs down on that.

We were so excited to get a toasted Asiago bagel with Sun-Dried Tomato shmear after our overseas trip. We walked from gate D2 to get here. I think they are located near the D30 gate — a long walk with carry on luggage in tow. This place needs some serious help in the hospitality and service area. I Totally agree with Steve M. on the attitude of the staff. We did get our food quickly. We are from Las Vegas and we have Einstein Bro. Bagels ALLTHETIME. Our typical order is a toasted Asiago bagel with Sun-Dried Tomato smear. The cashier at this location did not know what Sun-Dried Tomato shmear was. She tells us, «We have one called Roasted Tomato shmear, but I don’t know if there are actual sun-dried tomatoes in it.» Fine, I’ll take that. Well, I guess Shmear is rationed here. We walk all the way back to our Gate to eat our bagels and find that our bagels have very little spread on it, I mean, VERY little(check out the picture of my bagel). I’ve never seen anything like it! My husband threw his away, since he ate half of it because he was so hungry after a plane ride, but he returned mine along with his Power Protein bagel. Long walk back. The manager was nice enough. I’m not sure if she knew how to do a return, but she gave him $ 5 exactly and 2 chocolate chip cookies. The kid that made the bagel seemed insulted that we returned it. He asked the manager, «What’s wrong with it???», as she’s helping my husband with the return. Not the kind of attitude to have in front of a customer. I guess if you decide to eat a bagel here, expect not so great attitudes and get extra shmear on the side. Or stick with a blueberry muffin. The muffin was actually good!

Food was okay, coffee was meh, but the service is what really brings the place down. Staffed by people who clearly don’t want to be there and have no interest or skill in even pretending to care. Their entire attitude can be described as «annoyed to be here.» Oh, and the tables were filthy. Not bad as a last resort, but skip this place if you have any other options.

I have no choice but to give this establishment a 1 star review since no stars is not an option. There is no finer way then to be greeted after a redeye flight from the west coast then by slow and boarder line rude service. I may have been a little grumpy after a long flight. But I don’t expect to have them forget my order that I’ve paid for and have to pull out my receipt to prove I ordered a coffee and bagel. I want my coffee now not 10 minutes after my transaction. Oh yeah and my bagel was also kind of stale at 6:30 am. You’d think they’d be fresh at this time. I’ve had better luck at other Einstein Bagels so this review is only a reflection of this location.

Horrible experience. 25 minutes between line and my order. Paid for a latte, when I got to the plane just had a regular coffee!

I wish it was possible to give zero stars to Einstein Bros. Near gate D26 at MIA. The slowest worst bagel shop in the universe. I waited in line for twenty minutes(only five people in front of me) and then waited another 20 only to receive barely toasted luke warm somewhat stale bagels. They didn’t have one of the two smoothies that I wanted even though I was taking one of the earliest flights of the day. They were out of napkins. The person who restocked the napkins used a filthy mop handle to get them off the top shelf, used her teeth to open the napkin wrapper and then went back to work without washing her hands. They forgot to give me the side of cream cheese that I had ordered and paid for and when I reminded them they gave me the wrong one(I said«side of cream cheese» but they evidently heard«salmon cream cheese»). We ended up throwing out half the bagels because they were awful. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I’ve only had Einstein and Bro bagels before but I was really craving a coffee and this place was near my gate. Stopped by to grab a latte for myself and a smoothie for my brother and wasn’t too impressed. Latte had a little too much cinnamon in it and smoothie was way too sweet. Prices were typical airport prices — about $ 5 for each.
