Great place. Bought a pack of gum and eye drops on my way to brickell. Felt safe, will be coming back

I will not patronize this business again. My car died at this station. Thankfully I was parked off to the side and not in front of the pump stations. (God only knows what would have happened then.) I was with three small children and yet I was treated like a leper. I told them that I was waiting for the tow truck yet I was threatened repeatedly that if I did not move my car my vehicle would be towed off. They acted as if I had nothing better to do than to hang out at their gas station on a hot summer day. Ridiculous. They will not get my money again.

Dear Escobar’s Shell El Triangulo:
As a gas station, you do just fine: I swipe my card, I select my grade, I pump my gas, I return the pump, I drive off. Done.
Where you failed me and my friends, and another car full of strangers on Friday night was when when we were traveling on the I-​95, one of the ladies in our group had to use the restroom, and at that point we just needed to find a spot for her to relieve herself. We got off the 7^th street exit from I-​95 and saw your station all lit up. Great! Relief for my friend comes soon! Guess again.
We pulled up to the side of the station as she did the «pee pee dance» in the passenger seat. As soon as the vehicle stopped, she burst out of the car and ran to the restroom, but alas, the door wouldn’t open. She clutched her legs together and ran to the attendant, who simply pointed to a sign that said no restroom, or that the restroom was out of order. YIKES! At that point, out of desperation, she found the nearest corner bush and made do.
Shortly after, another female member of our party did the same. As this was occurring, another car full of people we had never met before arrived. Same problem, they needed to pee as well. We directed them to the same corner. As we were pulling away with everyone in our group having relieved looks on their faces and empty bladders, we looked over to see one guy from another car using the same blessed corner, while his friend sheltered him from view of other passersby.
Know that you’re in the «customer service» industry, and as the first gas station off of a major exit in the city of Miami, many will look to you for more than just gas. They need directions, restrooms and other things that one commonly pulls into a gas station to get. It’s great that you sell gas, but don’t forget about your customers’ other needs as well!

I use this gas station because of its convenience:
1. It’s right off the I-​95 7^th ST. exit on way my to Brickell.
2. It’s right next to La Baguette, so if I need some sustenance, I can get that while I fill up my car.
3. Its ²⁴⁄₇
4. I have a shell gas card.
5. It’s on Calle Ocho, my favorite street in Miami!
