Don’t go here unless you have absolutely nothing to do all day. Over an hour waiting to be seen. Hassle to get to and overall bad idea. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My experience with this group was a big negative. I had opted to purchase a coupon through one of the Coup Tessa, Living Social companies. Espaillat Eye and Laser Inst., had placed an advertisement, offering skilled work using Botox at a discounted price at their office/​clinic. I searched and checked to see if there were any write-​ups or reviews, and at the time did not find one. Therefore, I scheduled the appointment.
On THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, I received a call from the Espaillat E&L Staff informing me that they did not have, nor, do they have in inventory Botox in their office/​clinic ???
Hmmm– they pay for an ad to be placed, people call in scheduling appointments, and then they are told that they do not have nor will they be bringing in any Botox.
At the same time, I was told that I could still see the Doctor ??? Why would I still keep this appointment? This appeared to me to be very unprofessional and I believe the clinic was looking to add patients to their Client Base.
I cancelled the appointment, called the company that sold me the «Offer» and asked for a refund.
Now I continue to receive REGULAR phone Text Messages from Espaillat Eye and Laser Institute, telling me that I am OVERDUE for my EYE EXAM? What EYE EXAM? ! NO THANK YOU.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! Had a coupon and the first thing they did was say they hadn’t gotten paid from couptessa and living social so they didnt have the products even though we called the day before to confirm! These places are bringing in new business — they shouldn’t really be bad mouthing! Give them a second try — made us wait 2 ½ hours past our scheduled appointment and then when we asked they said that it would be at least another hour. Left our coupons with the manager the first appointment and guess what — they couldn’t find them when we returned! I had to go onto their computer to print them back out. WHAT A MESS AND HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We then did not feel comfortable even having a service done so we left and got a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
