Excel Rent-A-Car Inc

I seriously cannot believe what my friend and I just went through whilst returning a vehicle we rented here. I will start from the beginning for you.
We arrived early to a run down office with pictures of wet half naked women on the walls (weird, funny and entertaining enough) We laughed that off only to realize that the 15 passenger van we just rented was on empty and we had just gotten on the highway. Durring heavy traffic we need to change our route to get to the nearest gas station. We called after we put 20 dollers in the tank because the gage seemed to go down. The guy on the phone tells my friend that he needs to put 150 dollers in because $ 20 is to little for such a big tank. My friend asks if he will be reimbursed for some of the money since we did not need to use the whole tank and it was on empty when we rented it. The man on the phone (presumably the manager possibly the owner) tells my friend yes. However, he does not hang up the phone properly and we over hear him calling us «stupid idiots» When we get back to return the vehicle there is no one there to collect so we sit at the near by café to wait.(the café was right next to the rental place and has outdoor seating so we could see the car) While we are getting our coffee’s my friend excuses himself to make a phone call. While he is on the phone the same man from the rental place arrives and starts walking towards my friend. I hear him asking my friend for the key to the van (my friend is still on the phone). Trying to talk to two people at once my friend asks the manager of the rental place (who is talking to him on the sidewalk) if he can wait a moment because he wants to make sure he gets reimbursed. The manager immediately snaps at him and says they do not reimburse anything. My friend (and myself) are taken back. My friend tells him to please not be so rude. The manager replied, and I quote” Don’t fucking talk to me like that I’m gonna kick your ass you f**king fa*ott.”(in Spanish) Takes the key from my friend and walks off while my friend asks him what he just said to him. I am now in shock and furious. I see the manager paseing back and forth and staring at us. I get up and ask him if he has a problem with gay people as he proceeds to yell at me and act like he was gonna hit me!!! People, you cannot make this stuff up if you tried. I tell him he has problems as my friend and are getting in the car to leave. As we are driving off he is still yelling and telling us to get out of the car as if to fight. I was trembing when we left and in total shock. My two thoughts leaving are how the hell does a person like that have a buisness that is (somewhat) functioning, and… Only in Miami. I still can’t believe it and if anyone was thinking about renting from here I hope for your sake and ours you change your mind. Thank you for reading.
