There are some pretty shady shuttle companies in the Miami/​FLL area, but this one is by far the worst of them all. Never on time, always telling you they will be there in 10 minutes. If you are flying into Miami or going to the Port, do not be fooled by this companies lies. Super Shuttle is far more professional and courteous than these people. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

We made a reservation post-​cruise at the Port of Miami. We prepaid for the trip from the Port of Miami to MIA airport for two people that cost us $ 25.00. Due to our early flight at 11am, we got off the ship early and the van was there, waiting for us. The regular debarkation from the ship wasn’t going to happen for another 30−45min. The van driver refused to leave and instead drove in 3 circles around the cruise port waiting for more to debark so he could fill his van. We repeatedly told him our flight time but he refused to leave as AGREED UPON when we made the reservation. After filling his van, we left and upon arriving at airport, the Delta Air Lines line was extremely long and we waited for almost an hour to check our bag. We couldn’t curb check our bag due to being in the military. We got to our gate as they began boarding, barely making our flight. Highly dissatisfied with this service and will never use them again.

We were seated in two rows of one of the vans, and there were three broken seatbelts in the two rows. Unsafe.
