I have brought all of my cars here for routine check ups and other reasons. I always get great service at an affordable price. Cacique is my go-​to guy! He is honest, helpful, works quickly and is very efficient. I love this shop and will come back. I recommend!

A great place! They performed two jobs on my car (2007 BMW 335i coupe) breaks and more complicated job valve cover gasket with an oil leak. They did the job within the time they said. Reasonable cost and time efficient. I recommend it!

Great place. He is very honest with you. Have been going there for years and have absolutely nothing to complain about.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I just took my car away to another shop and got it fixed correctly and within a logical time frame (2 things that «fast» auto is incapable of…), and everything is great now. However, I need to warn people about this place…
This guy will take advantage of people who know nothing about cars by 1) not fixing it right, and 2) taking forever beyond reason to fix the wrong thing. 3) No answering his phone, 4) throwing an attitude if you express that you are upset.
He could not diagnose a car problem properly. He used a device to scan something, and it was erroneous. The shop I went to after took one look (with eyes!) and knew exactly what was wrong with my car.
Then he orders the wrong parts. He called me 4 hours later to say he ordered the wrong pats, and that it will take 3 hours to fix my car from that point on. Except an entire day later, he is MIA. He does NOT ANSWER the phone, so you physically have to transport yourself to the shop to talk to him (explained later). The best part is this:
I gave his son my number to call me when the car was ready, because he sent me back while my car was in the shop, which I thought was a good service. But as soon as I get upstairs his son starts texting me asking IF HE CAN KISS ME. WTF?!! Pic here:
When I arrived, he said I would have to come in Monday (I dropped the car off Saturday…). I was nice about it because I understand things happen.
Monday morning a good 2 – 3 hours after the business opens, I call 3 times: no answer. I bring myself to the shop (because remember, this guy does not answer the phone). Prepare to laugh at this conversation–
me: «I tried calling you»
him: «I didnt see, I was busy» (…in my head i’m thinking wtf? Youre running a business, you are not a teenager and I am not your mother nagging you).
me: «I called you 3 times over an hour ago»
him: «No, you called me twice.»
Me: «Oh so you DID see the calls!»
Him: «(says nothing)».
Fast fwd to me returning Monday. I should have known to immediately get my deposit back and gtfo, but I had already waited so long, and felt like I just had to go for «let’s-see-if-he-knows-what-he’s-doing-this-time» trial #2.
He told me it’d take an hour. I wanted to confirm what he said, and his response was: «I dont work in a rush.» That’s when I told him he me wait all day over the weekend without telling me he ordered the wrong parts until the end of the day, resulting in a wasted day for me, and was totally unapologetic about it, now tries to lecture me that he doesnt «work in a rush.»
Guess what? Me being upset about this made him really miserable. He gave me my deposit back and told me to go elsewhere. I also told him about the disgusting texts his son sent me. He turned his back and pretended to pick up a call. It was so pathetic and childish of him. I took my keys, told him that he is unprofessional and a messed up person.
I am thankful I got out of there, because the next place I went to, they OPENED my horn to observe with their EYES, and fixed me horn for me in ONE DAY. It felt like a miracle.
