A visit to this store is a treat each time I go. I have bought several items to give as gifts, as well as to keep for myself, and the price range is great, from inexpensive to substantial, making it easy to always walk out with something. Everyone I have encountered there has been warm, welcoming and positive. Take a visit to this hidden place of calm and relaxing energy, and let the rest of your day flow

My absolute favorite place! The instant I walk in, it’s so calming. It’s impossible to feel any other way. Staff is so friendly, polite and knowledgable. I love their large selection of crystals and jewelry.

Beautiful store! Relaxing atmosphere, unique pieces, variety of crystals and crystal jewelry. The women there are knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend!

First time here today and the lady who greeted us to was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. My boyfriend went to clear his throat and said sorry I’m a little sick. She stood a little back cause she just got over being sick which is understandable. Then the lady who went to charge me was SO RUDE and had such a bad energy. I couldn’t even stand to be near her. My boyfriend touched the glass we were standing by and she’s like EHH. And he’s like oh I’m sorry. And she’s like well your coming in here announcing your sick like cmon super rude. I’m sorry if you go to eat or go to the mall or anywhere public, ANYONE can be sick without you knowing. There is no need to be so mean. I’ve been in customer service for five years. You NEVER ever speak to customers like that. I was really getting into crystal healing, she just lost a customer. Never going back. If I could give less than one star I would. I feel bad for the rest of the staff, they were nice. But I could not handle how rude that lady was to paying customers. Avoid at all cost.

I wanted to start by saying this store is a beautiful hidden gem. The ambiance of the store is calming and the workers are very helpful. They have a huge selection of gemstones and other spiritual items. It’s impossible for me to walk out empty handed here.
That being said, my boyfriend and I walked in today and saw this chinese mini armour box? It was supposed to have a Buddha inside of it. But nobody has been able to open the box. So we decided to buy it being curious of what may be inside. We were told that it could possibly not even be able to open but it was worth the gamble. After eagerly getting home, oddly enough he managed to pry it open and inside was detailed Buddha with 2 guards beside it. Much more then what we expected, we’re glad we took the chance in buying this.

I have been here a few times each time the experience has been so NEGATIVE ! Starting with the owner — there is no positive energy in this place — Maggie is the ONLY person with clear positive energy her smile lights up that dark place — I thought each time well maybe it’s just that they’re having a bad day but then I was speaking to a friend who mentioned that it’s a shame how unwelcoming they are — I hope they read some of their reviews and perhaps reflect on it.

If I can put a negative star it would be better… the owner is rude they won’t return anythjng when they sell something damaged to you bunch of theifs is what they are willllll neverrrrrr buy from here again !!!

I bought a Buddha fountain for my mom for Mother’s Day. When she took it home it did not work. I called the owner multiple times and she told me «I will work with you». One month passed by and still no pump. I went to the store and spoke with her about a refund for the defective fountain but no way I was getting my money back with this lady. She treated me like it was my fault for the bad product. It’s a shame there’s such negative vibes in a place that sales spiritual artifacts.

The moment you step in… Calmness.
The variety of insense, crystals and oils are enough for me. I bought some crystal bracelets this last time.
I love their Cd’s and classes they offer. Sit and look through their books. The environment is tranquil.

Feels pretty good. Smells good. Love the crystals and incense. I go to buy supplies, staff sometimes ask if I need help. Have not tried any of the other services provided.

I am writing this review as both a customer and a healing service/​workshop provider at this shop. Five Sisters has excellent selection and prices for spiritual gifts and supplies, from candles, incense, sage, jewelry, and clothes to art, books, Buddhas, angels, salt lamps, crystals, tapestries, musical items, CDs, and items from multiple spiritual traditions. The shop is family owned and operated and has been in business for several years, something that is not easy to do for a spiritual shop in Miami. The shop offers private sessions with psychics and healers as well as a variety of classes and workshops for spirituality and healing. Those sessions and workshops are cash only while merchandise purchases can use other forms of payment like credit/​debit cards. Working retail is challenging sometimes, as customers/​patrons sometimes expect to be catered to without considering the needs or limitations of the store and staff. I have found that the staff and management generally attempt to do their best to help customers (I recognize that everyone has a tough day sometimes and there have been times where someone’s gotten impatient with a customer, but that is unusual and typically a result of the customer also not communicating well to resolve an issue). I’ve found that the people providing intuitive and healing services are among the best in the community and the fees for those services are quite reasonable; I would encourage anyone scheduling to have sessions or attend classes at Five Sisters to be mindful of keeping their appointments and notifying the store ASAP if there is a need to cancel or if you’re running late — some people are good at communicating but others have failed to do so and the shop now has a list of folks who must now pay in advance for a session due to not showing for an appointment in the past.

My kids and I have loved this store for many years. Just walking in FEELS good — smell of incense, (quiet) sound of sounding bowls, new age music and/​or chimes, beautiful things everywhere to look at. They have big comfortable couches to sit on, very friendly staff who can help or are willing to just let you browse unbothered. For the stuff they’re selling, and where they’re located, it’s also REALLY affordable. I’m consistently surprised — tumbled crystals are $ 2-​$ 6 each, really nice small raw pieces are $ 6 – 15. Plenty of jewelry and home decorating options for under $ 20. You could walk in with five bucks and really take your pick of magnets, incense, and more, or drop hundreds on something big and impressive. There are also books, cds, classes and events, clothing, drums and tambourines, greeting cards, statuary, tables… all kinds of stuff.
This is a place where atheists (especially geode nerds or naturalists) or Christian people can feel comfortable and find nice things tailored to them, Buddhists, Muslims or Hindus could pick out relevant items, or Pagans/​Wiccans/​occultists could get most anything they ever need. It’s a very «bright» place, in both color scheme and energy — there’s really nothing dark about it at all, unless you find the mere presence of decks of tarot cards and spheres of rose quartz to be threatening. It’s common to see every kind of person inside, from a teenager with a skateboard to an upper middle class older lady. Black, white, Asian, hispanic, from hippies to professionals. It’s really worth mentioning that although many things are laid out in ways that allow you to touch, they don’t stress about children walking around, or act like you’re about to steal something.
Five Sisters is also part of a really wonderful strip mall that includes many unique small businesses like a yarn shop, a bead store, a skate and ski place, a baking supply store, children’s consignment, and more, and is right across from The Falls. So if you have to drive a bit to get there (like we do), it’s really worth it.

I was completely shocked at the negative energy of the staff, Rocky was screaming at employees oh yes noise from a crying baby, she screamed: «shut that baby up!»; then she started to shout at Maggie to pick up the moldavite she was showing my friend because the implication was that my friend may steal them;
I said to myself this is what Unilocal reviews must be talking about to Maggie who was assisting me and then the manager began to scream at me for saying that to Maggie. Huh? Maggie is an angel sweet heart.
The manager began to reprimand me in front of others about the inappropriateness of what I was saying «oh dear this is what the Unilocal reviews are about» I thought, am i in Cuba? Is there no freedom of speech ?
what is in appropriate is that in the 6 years I have been faithfully going to Five Sisters I have never experienced any thing like I did today; actually in any store that I have gone too.
My daughter who is 6 was upset and in tears; her friends upset. My friend who had never been to Five sisters and who was excited to be there doesn’t want to go back. Blame it on Mercury in Retrograde. It is still
Unacceptable. I will say that Rocky apologized however. It was still very unpleasant for all.

I went there after wanting to go for a long time with my friend that has been going there for 6 years and it turned out to be a terrible experience. They thought i was going to steal because i was taking to long to makeup my mind about a rock. They said they had only 2 rocks of the ones i wanted and they were $ 42 and $ 65. I asked if they had cheaper once they said no these are the only ones left, then somebody brought out by mistake about 10 more rocks from the back! And they ranged in price from $ 15!!! So they had them and denied they did… awful customer service to force someone to purchase the most expensive!!! Is this spiritual? Wht a parody they have there! Then the owner’s daughter was bothered by a baby making noise and by my girls and her friend being loud… horrible unloving atmosphere not at all what i expected… it gets worse as the owner and manager confronted my dear friend… Too ugly to write a obout… the lady in charge, Rocky, really has no clue of customer service, no kindness in her heart, zero light… how can somebody like this be in charge of a store of this subject matter. In the duality we live she clearly demostrated to be part not of the light but of the darkness… truly unfortunate… even made her employee cry with her and the manager’s attitude…

Amazing place… found a new favorite shop. They have something for everyone and the reiki circle and the sound bowl mediation sessions are great.

They have a variety of things to look at and choose from but the service is mediocre. This one girl in particular is stuck up, I believe she is the owners daughter because she literally mentions it almost every 5 minutes. She can be extremely rude as the rest are more down to earth and willing to help you. Ive gotten a reading done by Denise, and aura reading by Atena, and miscellaneous class they offered some time ago. Denise was absolutely delightful and easy to talk to, very insightful. Atena was ok, just very knowledgable. And the class was alright. Although I get great vibes coming out of this place, they really need to work on really making you feel more comfortable and welcomed especially as a new comer. I felt insulted when I was trying to get to know how healing stones worked and my specialty was discredited.

I have wanted to visit this place for about 2 years. Finally made it there last week and loved it. It was so calming to be there and the store clerk was super helpful and knowledgeable. I felt at peace there. I bought a couple crystal stones, a buddha a sage. I will be going back tomorrow and very often.

I absolutely love this place! My mother and I had been itching to go for some time but since we live in Hialeah it was a heck of a drive so we kept postponing it. Luckily it was well worth the drive! They have a TON of beautiful crystals, Buddha’s, Angel goodies, and their customer service is fabulous! They really make you feel at home and they have patience with crystal newbies like me who have a TON of questions. I loved it so much that I went back that same weekend with my fiancé! This place definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

After a bad spell of nightmares, I headed to Five Sisters for some crystals. I was greeted by two different people, and each of them immediately directed me to some very helpful quartzes. I ended up spending thirty minutes just wandering around the store and looking into the different crystals they have available. Each crystal has a small description next to it to help newbies identify what could be most helpful to them. A very spiritually comforting store to walk in to!

Working all week, sick of your boss and you just need a breathe of fresh air? Where do you go to relax and tap into your spirtual side? Five Sisters of coarse! Located across from the Falls Mall, this place is a true spirtual bliss! I found about this place from my mother, shes a true fan of this place!
I stopped in last week and as I walked in the aroma of inscences protuded my senses and I immediately felt relaxed. It’s a very laid back vibe and the staff are very friendly. They have classes every week on angel readings, psychic readings and mediations. You just go to the website and look each week at their schedule. I bought a nice crystal bracelet, amazing insences, candles and some spirtual books. You can also just chill there and read books its very welcoming! Theres a friendly black cat named Twilight that lives there. Shell go up to you and say hi, trust me.
Five Sisters is a place you go to relax, mediate and clear your mind. Works everytime. :)
