Staff is really nice. Ribs were crunchy and not very good at all. I loved the wings! Here’s a picture of the ribs which were well priced and they have good specials going on overall throughout the week. The wait time was pretty long for a Monday and I guess there wasn’t enough staff. Would come again and try their other items too :)

After waiting 40 minutes to be seated by the actually very nice and welcoming hostess. We finally ordered our food with Melissa she was very sweet and full of personality. Our food also came out pretty fast. The bbq wings here are to die for but their«legendary ribs» aren’t too legendary in my opinions, they were actually quite hard and flavorless. But over all the wings and garlic bread were great and so was the staff. If it wasn’t for the ribs and the long wait I would’ve given this place a 5 star rating. Regardless of the ribs I will continue to be a flanigans regular costumer due to their great wings, but I’m never getting the ribs again.

Flanigans is one of my favorite restaurants. However this Flanigans in particular needs to clean house and FIRETHEIRENTIREMANAGEMENTANDBARSTAFF. I been contemplating on writing this review but being that’s it had become an inconvenience to drive further to a different Flanigans I figured it must be done. Last month my family and I decided to go to the bar to have some cocktails while waiting for our table to be called. The«head bartender» whatever that idiots name was. He was all too busy hitting on girls and flittering with the other guests and other waitresses and bartenders. He continuously ignored our attempt to gain his attention to place our orders since all of the females in our group were not single as we were with our husbands. He refused to take our order and after 15 or 20 minutes at the bar I waived continuously to get his attention he then rudely approached me and got in my face. I was so taken back I went to seek a manager to explain what was happening and the manager(another idiot) was no where to be found, after 5 minutes and waiting for a manager, the«manager» finally appeared from wherever he was at. He denied that his staff would ever do such a thing and ignore guests and will order him to serve us. Really??? The staff needs to be ordered to do their job and service their guests? Long story short the rest of the evening we were harassed by the rest of the staff and mistreated. I WILLNEVERRETURNTOTHISFLANIGANS! I will also report the situation with their corporate and landlord in addition to tell everyone I know how poor their staff treats their guests. There are other reviews supporting my review here and other sites. Sorry Flanigans… I truly do love you, but not this Flanigans!!! People save yourself the waste of time and money and visit their Kendall, Doral, Hialeah or Coconut Groove locations which have never disappointed me.

I love Flannigan’s! If you want to skip the wait and craziness of the one on Kendall and 127th, your best bet would be to go to this one. In my experience, I’ve gotten better quality food here, faster and by much friendlier staff! It’s not as crazy loud as the other one in Kendall either. Very clean and awesome beer! :)

Honestly the best bar food I’ve had. The portions are magnificent and there always some special going on. You can’t go wrong with the Caribbean burger, fish dip, rib rolls, wings, tumbleweed onions, nachos(they look like they’re on steroids), the list can go on and pretty much covers the entire menu. The only thing I haven’t tried are the pasta dishes but I’m sure are delicious as well. This is a definite must stop whenever we are in town.

Surviving and thriving in the world of customer service and food requires some of the obvious things like: good food, smiling waiters, food cooked at the right temperature and so on. I have been to this Flanigan’s on a few occasions and I must say that the service is disapointing and there are better bar options out there. I recenly went Flanigan’s to watch two games going on at the same time… Dolphins and Steelers. We arrived at 2PM on a Sunday and the wait was 20 minutes(which isn’t too bad). However, we found three spots a the bar and chose to sit there since the bar is first come, first serve and there was no wait. The good thing about the bar area is that there are tons of TVs where they have 5 games going on at the same time. However, what is terribly wrong about this Flanigan’s bar area is that the service is terrible! The bartenders were too busy socializing among themselves and didn’t care about their patrons. We sat down at about 2:05 and didn’t get acknowledged by the bartenders until almost 15 minutes later! We finally gave the bartender our drink and appetizer order. We got our drinks pretty quick and we were happy that there was a $ 2.99 Bacardi gold special that football Sunday! We ordered 10 wings to start and about 7 minutes later they delivered CHARCOALBURNT wings. I thought to myself, «how do you have the nerve to serve wings burnt to the crisp to your customers?» The runner clearly saw that these wings were burnt and still sent them to us. We told the bartender that the burnt wings were unacceptable and she agreed so she sent them back. About 5 minutes later we got some normal looking wings. The wings were just okay. Flanigan’s boasts that their wings are«award winning» but it must be some wonky, meaningless award because these wings were not great… dry and mediocre sauce. Next time I will do without the wings and order the nachos, rib rolls or garlic rolls because those are all great! For lunch we ordered 3 Philly’s and they were okay. I’ve had better Philly’s at the Ale House but this one was okay. The meat was dry, the cheese was not melted all the way through, the onions and mushrooms were nicely sauteed, and the bread was soft. Throughout our appetizer and main course, we had to call the servers for our refills since they rarely checked in on us. Maybe they were having an off day? At the end of the day, we were not impressed! I’d rather go to the Ale House or Buffalo Wild Wings on any other game day.

PLEASENOTE: These 2 stars are not about the food. This is purely about service. You know this is one of, if not my all-time, favorite restaurant(s). I usually go to the Flanigan’s in Hialeah but I’ve been to this one a few times since it is closer to home. This past weekend however service was pretty bad. So bad, we left before we were ever seated. Granted, we were a large party but we kept being told«20 minutes» every time we would ask how long before we can be seated. We were pretty ‘hangry’ by this point. Telling a crowd of our size«20 more minutes» was as if we were 10 year olds on a road trip on the way to Disney having Dad tell us «20 more minutes, kids!». You weren’t fooling us. We’re on to you. Just turn us away. Tell us the restaurant is way too full. Tell us you will be waiting for an hour. Be honest. Needless to say, we walked out and went somewhere else where we were seated immediately. Again, these 2 stars are not about the food. This is solely about the service. The food at Flanigan’s is delicious and I love coming to this restaurant.

The worst Flanigans in Florida. Management is rude and don’t treat customers with respect, place always dirty. Manager by the name of daisy is the worst one. Walks around like she’s a warden, doesn’t say hi or even ask how we are doing. Never going back.

All day today, children 12 and under eat for free with purchase of an adult meal. We took advantage of that offer. Service was attentive and patient with the children. Katie Lynn, our server, answer all of the children’s questions with a smile. The menu is extensive but she helped guide us through the options. My adult lunch mate enjoyed his Caesar salad with blackened salmon. It was light but flavorful. The children and I settled for tasty cheeseburgers. No complaints! And that makes for a great lunch. We will return(sans children) to try bar, hockey table, games and watch sports on the multiple TV screens.

Start your meal with a great appetizer my personal Fav are the Rib Rolls. They are awesome! My designated location for fresh Dolphin. From the Dolphin platter to the Dolphin sandwich it will crunch your Mahi cravings. Always fried to perfection and packed with flavor. Splash a little lemon over it and start your adventure. The platter is great paired with their fully loaded backed potato. If your going sandwich route try the sweet potato fries. To finish it off make sure you order desert i recommended THEBANZAIBROWNIE This thing is big enough to feed 4 so don’t go crazy. Staff at this location never disappoint.

My bf hates seafood but somehow I convince him to come here… visited on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered their huge plate of nachos and a combo order of ribs with fried shrimp. Nachos are way better than they used to be. I had some two years back and the chips were weirdly stuck together and lettuce was old… this plate was awesome and fresh ingredients too. The ribs are truly fall off the bone meat and well seasoned too. Service was very nice, I’m always on the lookout for a good waitress or waiter. My only complaint is when I visit during the day, my eyes burn the second I leave cus the restaurant is so dark(yet still well lit!) Will always come back.

Served us UNDERcooked chicken wings! They better pray I don’t get sick as I ate two wings before I noticed! Two stars because they offered to remake it and the manager apologized and removed it from our check.
