Maria Forrest is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Theta Healer and Medical Intuitive. As founder of the Forrest Pilates Studio in Downtown Miami, Maria combines her skills to help people transform physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Maria loves teaching and is very passionate about guiding people in awakening their greatest potential. Her clients include Fisher Island, Mandarin Oriental and University of Miami Wellness Center among others.
