TERRIBLE! Kept me waiting over an hour both times that I went for an appt. Mind you, it wasn’t bc the Dr was busy in another exam room but entirely bc he wasn’t even in the same building.
I ended up leaving after waiting a total of an hour & 10 minutes on the second visit with no end in sight as to how long it was going to take him to get there.
I actually left for lunch & came back & he still wasn’t there. The receptionists are useless. They keep telling you that he’s on his way or that he’s driving from his Homestead office. I got two different stories from both receptionists within minutes of each other & one was actually bad mouthing me in Spanish to the other receptionist after I questioned why they gave me a 3:00 appt if he’s somewhere else entirely. I was not the only one complaining & also not the only one to leave. The office as a whole is extremely unprofessional & has no respect for their patients time. Needless to say, I will not waste another second of my time there.

Total scam.
I booked an appointment for 20 units of botox back in early april. They canceled my appointment 5 times, and everytime hours before the appointment. The last time they informed me that even though I already pre-​paid for the service, that they couldn’t honor it. The excuses for canceling ranged from not having botox in stock, to office closing down for a myriad of shady reasons. I’m currently in the process of trying to get my money back. Go anywhere else but here.
