History
Established in 2011.
Clara Serrano launched FCS in February 2011 as a resource for busy, time-starved people to help simplify their lives. Since then she has added her specialty with International/Interstate clients as a niche to her successful business. She recognized the need to help the International clients assimilate to South Florida and beyond and facilitate their time spent here so that they felt immersed in all the culture Florida has to offer.
As an accomplished Executive Assistant to VP of Stores and a Human Resources Manager in a leading retail organization for over 12 years, she was asked to relocate to Miami from New York in 2006 for a prominent position where her expertise was utilized to help the company transition in a merger. Clara identified a need for a personal concierge service, when she realized how many corporate level executives were working long days and were time starved.
