We make a fresh, authentic and natural Italian Ice Cream knows as «GELATO». I’ts made by an artisan who takes care to use the best, natural ingredients and uses recipes that give the customers a really smooth GELATO with low fat content. In some flavors you find sugar free, lactose free, even fat free. We are a family own and managed business. We have all kind of hispanic flavors too. Like Mamey, Guava and tropical fruits.

we are located in the same location where Casolas Pizzeria is. you can enjoy this perfect combination… Pizza and Gelato.

History

Established in 2008.

we start with a different name that we use now.

The change was for a GODs word and the concept that our Gelato tastes smooth that you think you are in heaven. Gelato Dal Cielo means Ice Cream From Heaven, cause really came from there as a Miracle. we start really small but thanks GOD now we have more restaurants that serve our Gelato in those locations. Hopefully we can reach and touch more people with our concept. we never plan to become industrial ice cream. Always Artisan Gelato.

Business Owner

Colombian Chef in Italian Restaurants who use to make Gelato in his menus. later on in this country stop working in restaurant to dedicated all his effort to learn more about Gelato. He became store manager and Gelato makers manager in a franchise called «Bacio». Company that came direct from Italy to start business in USA. Later on he worked with a hispanic Ice Cream factory where learn about semi-​industrial ice cream, little different than artisan gelato he was making but also a really amazing experience.

years later he start with this «Gelato Dal Cielo «dream, that know about it.
