Adam J. Gersten and Jane W. Muir joined together in 2011 to form a firm that would emphasize service — both customer service and public service. The team has grown with the addition of creative and talented young lawyers that are tech savvy and experienced in fields outside the law. Business Owner

I am an attorney, and my practice focuses on business transactions and litigation, especially for media, communications and technology startups. I am a member of the Florida Bar, and and I have been admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as the Tenth Circuit.

I work with entrepreneurs, and strive to provide practical, ethical, and effective advice so that their businesses will grow.
