Golden Touch

Not a «golden touch». My haircut was substandard. Asked for a shave thinking it would be a hot towel shave.wrong. I get the poorly done electric shaver. They advertise haircut and shave with hot towel and razor. I guess they don’t have true barbers on Sundays. Also he uses a air hose to blow off the hair and blows my hair and says you’re done. Hey did you notice you need to comb my hair after you messed it up with the air. Someone need to go back to barber school. Stay away.

Legitness now these dudes can fade. I didn’t even wait. This is going to be the Beckman cuttery from now on.

The only place I like getting a haircut. Absolutely my favorite barbershop. I have been coming here for years and will keep coming here as long as I live in Miami. The service and quality is top class.

I live in West Palm Beach and if I’m in need of a haircut and Im going to be in the area, I will make the extra stop without question. The service and quality is just that hard to match.

Carlos gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. I’m going to be bringing a friend to him as well. 5 star service and the hot soap they used at the end was the best. A nice sharp clean cut and professional service. Will be returning soon–

I’ve been coming here for years along with some friends… as much options as there are in Miami no one carries the consistency like Oliver and his staff. Oliver is the owner and does a great job representing his business and ensuring that his barbers do the same. If you want consistency in quality make sure to stop by golden touch you can really never go wrong. Highly recommend it.

This barber shop continues to be on point. Great Service, cool people and the price is right. Livan is killing it. Makes good observations and excellent suggestions based on hair type and whatnot.
They happen to be in my neighborhood but this is worth the ride from wherever you’re at.

½/​15 Update:
This is still my hands down favorite barbershop. Every 2 – 3 weeks I go get my haircut, but because it’s literally on the opposite side of Kendall to me I try to find a closer shop. The problem is every time I’ve tried a different barbershop the experience was less than satisfactory. Either the haircut sucked or I just didn’t like the vibe of the shop. So every two weeks I suck it up and take the drive against traffic to Golden Touch. I’m bumping this place up to 5 stars because I always get great service and if it isn’t the weekend the wait is never too long. Keep up the good work guys.

Vary professional and competent barbershop. The manager (reddish hair) was friendly and professional. The barber Ricardo was patient, meticously and focused on getting a job well done. These guys will give you a nice haircut (instead of just passing a buzzer and scissors through your hair and calling it a day).

Clean cuts without the premium price. As a loyal customer since their opening I can say their committed barbers do not disappoint. The environment is clean, welcoming and professional. Plus you can catch the game while waiting on the comfy sofas. The best barber shop in Miami no doubt.

I come in every week to get my beard groomed and it is always a pleasant experience. The wait is minimal, if any, and you never have to deal with the usual antics of having to chase down people for service like you would at most barbershops. Quality cut, quality service.

My hair is not and easy task to tag. But the guys here are really good Vince did a great job my wife love it, which is a lot to say she is very picky. Place is clean and very friendly. If you choose this place you will not go wrong

The owner of the shop has cut my hair for a very long time but as he got busier with this new shop I had to let other barbers at GT cut my hair. All I can say is everyone has great skills cutting hair here because I never left with a bad cut. The service is phenomenal and ambiance is very upbeat because all the barbers always have a great attitude and seem very enthusiastic to be working there. Keep up the great work and I will always come back to the shop when I visit home which is miami.
Nate was my barber for a while before I moved out west so i definitely suggest going with him from experience since I never left unsatisfied.

Amazing! I’m very picky about my haircuts and Emi (my barber) will say the same. They were professional, had a football game on, and there wasn’t any cursing or degrading language. One will notice that it is family-​friendly. There may be a faint scent of cigarette smoke even after they wash their hands but it didn’t bother me. Just thought I’d mention it in case it bothers anyone. Highly recommend it!

The reviews for this place are 2 years old. The latest one is about a month ago by a guy who I believe works there. If what you’re looking for is the same haircut that every wannabe gangster in Kendall has then you’ll be right at home here. If you’re looking to get a GOOD haircut with a style that doesn’t necessarily fit the template of a fade or «tape» then you’re better off finding a different place. All in all the guy that cut my hair was receptive to my requests but ultimately I received exactly what I wanted to avoid. That all too common fade and tape style that has been around for way too long and should have gone out of style 10 years ago. I won’t be coming back unless i join a gang or something.

Great place. People here are respectful and the place isn’t noisy. These guys take pride in their job and it shows with the haircuts they provide.

Seeing that this place got good reviews, I decided to try them out.
I had about 3 people ahead of me but surprisingly enough I was serviced 15 minutes later. For me, that gave me a good impression. Then came the cut. I went with Oliver since I heard he was good with fades. He was friendly and down-​to-​earth with me; not your typical crazy, loud-​mouth person like most young barbers are. As for his cuts, definitely met my expectations. It was actually great! It’s been a long time since I actually enjoyed the look of my cut (again, I’m VERY picky)!
The other thing that I actually liked about the place was that there’s a no-​cursing policy (again, professional). That appeals to me mostly cause I have a son who will be needing a cut soon. I, like most parents, don’t want me kid to be exposed to an environment filled with cursing.
Overall, I really liked the place. Very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend it. I think I’ll be making this my permanent spot from now on.

I love places which are the cure for the common chain business. If Supercuts has ever butchered your hair, then you know what I mean.
Golden Touch is the type of place that you can tell is nurtured like a small business should be. Being a guy and finding a high level haircut can be a hard thing to find. This place balances testosterone and quality in a good way. The guys there are good people, and there are flat screens in place with sports on to make sure the wait doesn’t feel like a wait. Even going at 3PM on a weekday, there were a good amount of people in here. I was able to get a cut right away, but I’m guessing during other times it will get busy. My guy Alex took care of me to the point my wife wanted to jump on me as soon as I got back home. That’s my sign for the A+ haircut.
I paid $ 14 for the cut, and I would have gladly paid more, which you would in other areas. Well worth it.
