Went to get an oil change & the guy in the front told me it would be AT LEAST an hour… for an oil change! Mind you, there was barely anyone else there & he stressed that they don’t do 10 – 20 minute oil changes. They clearly didn’t care about my business, so instead I went to the Valvoline at 152 & 104 and I was in n out in 15 minutes. I will never deal with these people again.

Twice I’ve gone here to get my tires looked at for having low pressure. Both times, they fixed the problem ridiculously quickly and I was on my way. So thankful!

Friendly people, but they always manage to find something terribly wrong that’s no less than $ 600. Once they told me I needed to fix something that was going to cost $ 1200 or more. I went to take it to the dealer and the problem was fixed for $ 87. Don’t trust their word. Always get a second opinion. Get your oil change, but don’t do anything else without a second opinion.

I came in to get an oil change and I was told the wait was 2 hours. I was given the option to wait or drop off my car. I decided to wait since I would be able to catch up on emails and I had nobody to come pick me up anyways. I’m now waiting almost 3 hours and they’re JUST GETTING STARTED ON MY CAR. I understand it’s a Saturday and it’s their busiest day BUT don’t give me an unrealistic finish time for my car. When I asked the guy at the desk if my car was done, he scoffed and said it was not even started. Next time, I’m trying somewhere else!
