History

Established in 2005.

I received my brokers license in 2005 and opened up Brickell & The Village Realty Group, Inc. I started in a small executive office in the Washington Mutual building and was there until 2007. I came across a bigger office space in the Grove and thought would be cool to work closer to home. So… I renovated the space… changed the name to Grove Town Properties… had a great logo designed and the rest is history.

I’m a Miami native born and raised. I grew up in North Miami until the age of ten when my father relocated us to the Coral Gables area. I went to Coral Gables Elementary, Carver, Ponce & Gables Sr. High School. I was very involved in athletics in high school as I was the starting QB at Gables my junior & senior years. I also lettered in baseball and soccer. In 1994 I had a brief stint in the music business as an artist on a local record label. My record was on radio and in retail in certain market segments of the US for about 6 months. I retired from the music biz in 1997 and decided it was best to concentrate on my real estate activities. I’m glad I did!
