Only reason I worked with this company was because my school made a contract with them. (FoxMar seems to have less problems). If you don’t have an appointment, just leave. You won’t get anything done. If you DO have an appointment, you should still leave and call up FoxMar. There is no organization here and they will lose track of you. Of course it is difficult to deal with high school seniors and aggressive/​rude parents, but HJ doesn’t even come close to making the cut. I ordered my over-​priced senior portraits three months ago and I just got the complete order yesterday. Never got an explanation. Didn’t need one. I got everything I needed, and I never have to go back.

All you need is patience and money and all will end well. Staff was informative and organized. Parking was hectic and compact.

Took extra three months to receive ring due to error on reps part in placing a change to order. Wrong stone put in ring. Charged more than the initial estimate. By time received class ring the hype at school was over! Called many times and put on hold 10 – 15 min at a time, when told would get a call back with update, never received! Spoke to manager and still could not get straight answer or return call. Wanted me to come pick up and insisted it be shipped to me at their cost.
All said and done would have rather purchased a designer ring, ie; David Yurman, John Hardy, Charriol… For same price paid for this ring.

Make sure you have your sitting number! If you do not basically your SOL! My daughter’s pictures were taken senior year. My x had the proofs (lost them) I do not have the sitting number so your out of luck. They find it a waste of time looking for your cherished photos. They are too busy and do not want to be bothered.
