Mastering the Art of Tart. I bake and sell a gorgeous tart with sweet crust, pastry cream and fresh fruit on top. There are several examples that you can choose from or you can pick and choose what kind of fruit topping you would like to have made into a delectable piece of art. It’s so beautiful that you might not want to eat it… but you will.
History
Established in 2012.
I have been baking most of my life. After attending The French Culinary Institute for a 100 hour pastry course, my passion for baking exploded. I HAD to bake. But how do I find a bakery, what will it cost me? And then it came to me… I’ll bake out of my own house like I’ve always done. I started to bake for friends, as gifts, for parties and everyone loved them so much I thought… well…you get the picture.

I have been a successful actress for 36 years, a mother of one, a successful realtor and a baker for most of my life. I spend my time between New York City and Los Angeles. Some of the shows I’ve had long term parts on have been Dynasty, North & South, General Hospital, Santa Barbara, As the World Turns and various other shows and soaps. I was born and raised in Miami. My mother owned a very popular cooking school and shop. I grew up with chefs like Jacques Pepin and Martha Stewart at our dinner table. I have always been around food but it was the dessert that really piqued my interest. After baking most of my life, I decided to take a short but intensive pastry course at the French Culinary Institute in New York City and I fell in love. The creativity, the beautiful desserts and the taste… oh the taste of pastry cream filled my heart. So I started baking tarts with all sorts of beautiful fruit on the top, arranged in such a way that it looks like art. I hope you enjoy what
