Stay away from their Amazon account. They have a shady online business and seem very stingy when it comes to refunding money when it comes to returning products. I’m sure they are great at fixing and repairing, but they have a horrible business model and there customer service has really turned me off. IBC, is it company policy to not refund money? Is it company policy to not reply to emails? You guys like to refer to your invisible company policy often, so I just needed to know.
