If Unilocal could allow me to leave zero stars, I would. My buddy and I were looking for quick bite to eat and stood outside the resturant looking over the menu. We were never greeted nor spoken to. The entire place was packed and lucky for us there was atable for 4 in the very front. This was perfect since we each had to carry on bags and we could use the two additional chairs for our personal belongings. We walked up and had pointed to the empty table so we could be seated and the young lady at the podium said we were not allowed to sit there because it was reserved only for 4 people. Little did this young lady know is that My friend and I are here on a 4 hour layover and were most likely going to be ordering appetizers, entrees, and cocktails. That would of probably totaled up to at least 6 patrons worth of purchases since we are in no hurry or rush. Your loss!

We were flying internationally and we had breakfast. Dina was the friendliest person in the entire airport. She recognized that my fathers birth day was today. She also took the time to explain the different variations of the menu. I had the eggs and vegetable. Is reasonably priced.

Terrible! Looks inviting from the outside. Once you walk in there is clearly no customer service. There were four women workers on a busy Sunday afternoon and we sat down for five minutes with no one greeting us. One was visibly on her phone! Disappointing… we obviously left! After seeing the one star on Unilocal! It completely makes sense. Go spend your money somewhere else… don’t waste it here!

Well, the previous reviews were not wrong about this place. Grilled Chicken Garden Salad — extremely simple and over-priced. This garden salad basically had your simple Spring mix, topped with two wedges of tomatoes and two slices of cucumbers. Served with a packet of Ken’s dressing of your choice. I really have nothing great nor bad to say about the salad. Can’t really add more than what it is. But I believe that it is an extreme rip off of you ask me. You’re better off seeking other options around the food court that this establishment is located at when faced with these hefty prices.

Consistently low quality food, arguably worse than McDonald’s and much more costly. My salad was bag greens with a small amount of tomato and cucumber and a package of Ken’s dressing. For $ 10. You’re way better off getting something else

I didn’t expect good food but I expected decent food. The jerk chicken was a piece of boiled chicken breast with some weird salty sauce over it. Do not eat here.

While on a layover at Miami Airport, we stopped into Island Chicken Grill for breakfast. We both ordered the traditional American breakfast with over easy eggs, but the eggs were over-cooked and not at all runny. Service was slow to non-existent. It took 20 minutes to get our simple breakfasts, and I never did receive the refill that i requested on my coffee. The food was pricy for what it was. Don’t bother going here.

Not the food that you will expect. I think all the food here was less $ 1. Service was nothing compare to McDonalds. So that means this place service was ultimately bad. Delay orders, missed place orders. They cant even talk properly to the customers because they don’t have the guts and the experience. Better go to another place than this.

Had breakfast here. Meh. The food tasted very bland. Got the American breakfast and was not impressed. Don’t want to judge too harshly since it’s not really a breakfast restaurant, but hopefully their lunch options are more tasty.

Bottom line up front: avoid eating here; they overcharge without telling you and the food is of poor, greasy quality(instant eggs) even for airport food. Food: Ordered breakfast, expecting a little bit of short order experience(think Waffle House). I asked what the American breakfast consisted of: eggs, your choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, cheese and toast. I asked about the breakfast croissant, same thing but on a croissant. Makes sense. Food was ordered and the first thing you will notice is the wet/greasy look to the food. If this was a burger and fries I would understand, but this was borderline food recall quality. Not only did I have to push through the grease, I also had to deal with fake eggs. Yes, they use instant eggs as a cost control measure while they fleece their customers with shoddy food(my opinion). Service: First, I don’t speak Spanish, but I can pick up quite a few phrases and a nice array of insults being from Florida. Second, combine poor service and two employees having a conversation in front of you about you. Hey there young ladies, I can hear you and I understand. Ethics: They will not tell to that cheese is extra on everything. This seems like a small issue if you never check your receipt, but let’s not get comfortable with being lied to or it will only get worse.
