The gastronomic temptations of Spain are represented in the restaurant’s rich menu. Serving regional favorites: tapas, paellas, meats and seafood, the restaurant also possesses a broad array of fine quality Spanish wines.

History
Established in 2010.
From one of the original founders of Casa Juancho, among many other local and worldwide favorites, Executive Chef Felipe Perez does it again with his newest venture, Jamon Iberico Pata Negra Restaurant or known simply as «Pata Negra» to all of our friends. Pata Negra brings a warm and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by the most spectacular spanish dishes from different regions of Spain. Reminiscent of a restaurant one would find in Madrid, many of the ingredients and products, of which are imported directly from Spain, offers the taste of Spain right here in Miami. Terrific food, excellent service, and great ambiance, the restaurant is a feast for your pallet in every sense of the word.

Spanish-born, Executive Chef and Master Delicatessen, Felipe Perez, has lived most of his life in the kitchen.
Capturing the different regional flavors and mastering the techniques that characterize traditional Spanish gastronomy were tasks that have been delivered with passion, on both sides of the Atlantic.
Here in Miami, Felipe has been Cofounder and Executive Chef at restaurants such as Casa Juancho, Cervantes and Las Cuevas de Sacromonte, to name a few, helping to mark an era in the local culinary scene. In all of them and as homage to the great Spanish chefs with whom he learned, Felipe has always remained true to his exquisite culinary vision.
In his latest venture, Jamón Ibérico Pata Negra, Felipe has created a magical and lively atmosphere, where guests are enticed to savor his delectable adaptations of traditional, Spanish cuisine.
