History

Established in 2007.

Before we became Your #1 God-​centered Officiants, the company was started from an idea based on a previous corporate assistant sales manager position. Years ago when working for a BellSouth partner, it was required to complete notary public signings to close deals for commercial accounts.

Verifying the identity was vital to all sales, and the ability to prove the existence of a viable business. Now, JMK Notary & Services is headquartered in a professional executive office in the Kendall area. Appointments are required to ensure service availability due to the mobile notary service commitment. In 2011, Mr. Holt joined forces to provide a male officiant option and in 2013, Little Ms. Holt joined the team as our JMK greeter. As the founder, my position has evolved to making every wedding a personalized family affair. For example, scripts to ceremony props are customized.

The company’s territory includes the entire state of Florida, but specializes in the Palm Beach area to Key West.

My experience comes from a variety of industries. During the past 10 years, I have worked in health care, legal, TV media, state government, sales and marketing. I have been blessed to have years of experience working as an adjunct professor at Miami Dade College, while being a highly rated online media contributor with thousands of views helping people operate businesses successfully. I enjoy traveling and working with my husband bringing couples into matrimony. Our work went viral online when it was featured in multiple reality shows for the unique customization of the company’s first costume-​theme destination wedding ceremony.
