Dr. Gallegos was alright. The office was empty and it took a very long time for the nurse and doctor to attend to me. Office manager/​Clerks (Mirabel and Veronica) are terrible at what they do!!! It took them 15 days to submit paperwork to my insurance and then lied about it. But they sure did submit that office visit claim very fast to make sure the insurance pays them. HORRIBLE CLINIC AND FRONT DESK STAFF!

This place desperate needs of new management… I have been there two times to do some follow up lab work because I’m not feeling well. It cannot be done since there’s no supplies… After wasting hours of my time and asking permission at work. The blood work has to be postponed… I feel bad for the people in the front this Desk that have to deal with this l level of incompetence… Looking for new Drs. No respect for customer time… All my years in the USA is the worst place I have been. Too bad that good Drs are represented by horrible service

I have been searching for a GOOD primary Doctor for a very long time and have been coming up short. Thankfully my husband found this office based on the Doctors credentials. This office is very professional. From the front desk all the way up to the Doctor. I highly recommend this office.

There are a few reasons I am giving this office 5 stars. Let’s start off by saying they’re open everyday. Then there’s Dr. Carlos Perez. He’s amazing but is only there once a month due to his other practice. Dr. Gallegos is so friendly, she makes me forget I’m at the doctor. I don’t feel comfortable around her. But the real star is Veronica. I have been running around for FOUR days trying to clear insurance and blah blah blah medical jargon… However, this fighter fought for me and hasn’t given up. I respect the effort. She deserves a raise.

So far, so good… Frontdesk was good and fast. Medical assistant was very nice and professional (could be a nurse) after the vital signs I am just waiting for the Doctor. The appointment was fast, I just called this morning. Clean and nice place. Thanks

The most unprofessional place ever!!!
The staff is extremely rude and no one is ever willing to help you when you have a question. If you ever need to call your doctor, good luck, I once had to call 5 times to get a simple answer. They never send prescriptions on time so when you show up to the pharmacy you never have your medicine ready. They were supposed to refer me to a specialist once and they sent me to the wrong doctor, when I called and asked why they had sent me there, they were super rude about it and told me to «look for a doctor myself».
This place is a mess I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I found Dr. Carlos Perez on Zoc Doc and was surprised to see how great of a doctor he is. His bedside manner is great and all of the staff are pretty great as well. There is another female doctor that works there and they are also an emergency facility so you can go there without an appointment but of course you’ll have to wait for all the other patients who have made appointments. My boyfriend and I both made Dr. Perez our primary physician and every time he sees us more than happy to accommodate anything we need.

Horrendous service. The nurses are negligent and worse wretchedly rude. They make patients wait for three hours emergency or not. They sit around watching TV and doing their hair. Maybe if I was a 20 year old dashing young man I’d have been seen in 5 minutes.
