First time shopping at Kit & Ace. Came for their famous cashmere, but was kindly up-​sold by Jordan (I think that was his name) on a bomber blazer and a couple commuter trousers. I also snagged a couple tanks too. Great selection, great vibes and decent local art displayed too. Thanks! I’ll definitely be back.

Not sure who Carrie dealt with, but all of the staff seemed to be happy and helpful to me. I only picked up one shirt, but will definitely be back. I have worn the shirt maybe 10 times already looking forward to more. It’s crazy comfortable and I’ve worn it to work, out to dinner, and even to sleep. :D
Go in, say hi, try something on, and if you like comfort on all levels — you’ll probably leave with an item or two.

This shop has some of the most comfortable attire for pretty much anything the day can throw at you. The crew was very helpful in finding my fit & fitting my appetite for knowledge about the product.

Although the clothing is beautiful and the store is high end, I went in this afternoon to make an exchange. The store manager was completely rude and not helpful, he talked down to me and it made me walk out and never want to return. I hope they don’t treat all of their high paying customers that way. Seems like if you are going to pay $ 80 for a t-​shirt they should at least treat you with respect.
