Instructor: Diego Gonzalo de Vera
Speciality: Boxing, Kick Boxing, Full Contact, Muay thai, Tae Kwon Do ITF, Crossfit, Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning.
Biography:
Diego Gonzalo de Vera was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on October 23, 1975. At the age of 12, Diego began his practice of Taekwon do ITF in the Taekwon do Argentinean Association (TAA); After 12 Years of practice and participating on more than 50 competitions, he received his black belt. After receiving his black belt, Diego de Vera has been two times argentinean champion, and one time Pan-American champion in the city of Cabo Frio Brazil and for the second time in a arrow in the city of Santiago, Chile.
At the age of 15 he started to practice boxing, competing in 7 amateur fights, obtaining a record of 5 won fights, 1 lost and 1 tied. After 3 years of practice, he started to practice professionally competing in 3 fights, from there he won 2, 1 lost and 1 tied.
