One of the best Cuban breads in all of Miami. A gem in the Redland, hidden in heart of the Florida Everglades, this humble bakery is quite a treat. The baker’s pride shows in both the shaping of the dough and taste of their fresh Pan Cubano. The cakes and pastries are equally crafted by expert bakers. Their handmade croquetas are unique, especially in this bucolic town where most places buy them frozen.
