Love the community. Going to sign my third lease, I feel comfortable and safe. The commun areas are clean, neighbors are nice and friendly. Don’t see myself leaving any time soon

I have near everything, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, parks! And close to Palmetto, 75 and turnpike highways. Excellent staff

The office and maintenance staff incredibly nice and professional. I have never had a bad experience with them and they always go out of their way to help you. The upgraded units are nice as the pictures portray them as. The on site gym is very good for what you need to do, and is 24 – 7, which is nice. The parking here is seriously atrocious. If you get home after 8pm, forget about having a decent parking spot. The sizes of the spaces are adequate surrounding the outside of the building, but the interior spots are so small. Everyone either double parks or you risk having someone park so close you can not get out or they will bang your doors. I have had two instances of someone denting my door or scraping my bumper and driving off here. That is my biggest gripe about this apartment complex.
