El peor servicio everrrrr!!! La comida buena, pero la atención al cliente muy pobre desde el primer momento que entramos!!! Los menús llegaron 10 minutos luego de estar sentados y porque los pedimos. Nunca me ofrecieron nada de tomar. Nunca nos trajeron el pan. Eramos 6 personas y nos tomó la orden a unos primeros y luego a ottos y así mismo llegó la comida, unas primeros y luego las otras… La mesera que nos atendió creo su nombre era Yovana, no estaba en la mejor disposición para servir!!! Su manera de atendernos fue Pésima!!! Y para completar llegando a mi hogar me dí cuenta que ella añadió la propina por su propia cuenta, cuando la verdad no se la ganó. Very dissapointed!!!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. Ever. Nancy did a great job and… YUMM. The Sampler is a MUST. The sangria is delish. Plantain chips with garlic sauce are fab. Sandwich was amazing. So. EAT HERE.

We often stop here on our way to the airport. The place offers some good and inexpensive food. It won’t be memorable but again, the value is good, noyhing to complain.
Portion are big, keep that in mind, we often can’t finish what we order.

Poor quality food, little to no attention to detail, abysmal service.
Your options are very few to eat quality food around the airport. I’d stick with the restaurant inside the Marriott Hotel instead of this place.
There are much better options for Cuban food in Miami… namely Havana Harry’s down the street in Coral Gables. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.

The patio is really nice. Calm nice atmosphere. Had the lechon sandwich with grilled onions. It was very tasty.

This place has been here for ages and continues to offer good, consistent Cuban food at reasonable prices. However, the last few times I’ve been here I have not been impressed.
This morning I had breakfast here and I had a croquetta, a papa rellena and a ham empanada. The empanada was fresh and amazing. However the croquetta was weak; kind of doughy and lacking the warm fatty deliciousness I was looking for. The papa rellena was worse! The meat was under seasoned and undercooked, honestly I should have just thrown it out. My colada wasn’t any good either.
Based off today’s visit I’d not recommend it, but I’ve been coming here for years because of it’s convenient location, long hours and overall consistency. Service is your typical Miami (aka speak spanish) shenanigans, but you shouldn’t be surprised given the location.
Great for a media noche at midnight, not my first choice for a delicious Cuban meal.

Soy Cliente desde hace mucho años de este Latin Café, realmente estoy decepcionada del mal servicio recibido por algunos de su equipo de trabajo, recientemente he ido en varias ocasiones y siempre es una demora por una tostada sin mantequilla (no sabran hacerlo) es lo unico que me queda por pensar Hoy en la mañana fui y estube Que esperar mas de media hora por la tostada, me fui y me la quisieron alcanzar al parqueo es una falta de respeto, un mal servicio al cliente si tanto desean cuidar su reputacion comienzen entrenando un personal capacitado y con experiencia hacia los clientes.
Minutos despues llame al lugar me contesto una señora la cual le pido que me comunique con el manager muy interesada en lo que yo queria conversar, la cual nunca se identifico como ningun ejecutivo del lugar me contesta el Señor Willian Cruz se identifica como manager del Latin Café 2000 le explico lo sucedido y el Señor me dice que vuelva al lugar para que el dinero me sea devuelto. Le dije y lo hago publico no me interesa el dinero y no volvere JAMAS, lo unico que deseo que otras personas no tengan la misma experiencia que tuve hoy, personas mayores que son muy asiduas al lugar no sufran por un mal servicio, Si el Señor Willian o el que sea no sabe escojer a personas calificadas para atender un negocio gastronomico le aconsejo que obtenga un curso capacitado como hacer un buen customer service (servicio al cliente)
Tienen personas sin ningun tipo de experiencia laboral en este pais por que la mayoria dicen haber trabajado en cafeterias o restaurant en su gran mayoria en Cuba ., Pero cuando realmente uno ve que no hay educacion
la mayoria de las veces he llegado a esa lugar en la noche me han hecho esperar para tomar la orden por que estan hablando con alguien de su proximo viaje, POR FAVOR un poco mas de respeto hacia el cliente .
Es bien desagradable, y frustante ver que negocios Latinos cada dia tengan peor servicio, no aconstumbro hacer esto Pero realmente no fue solo en una ocasion ya han sido varias ojala que los dueños tengan conocimientos de esto. Gracias

Latin café is a great restaurant to go to for sandwiches and my favorite… Grilled chicken with Moro and Maduros. You will definitely have some good Cuban food here

This place has become default for my boyfriend and me when we need a quick, delicious meal. It’s always clean, there’s beautiful Cuban artwork on the walls, and the servers are always friendly. They actually have some healthier options, too!

My wife and I stopped by here after our cruise for some breakfast. I had the cubano sandwich, and my wife had the onion soup and «mozzarella sticks». Everything was really good, and the service was fast and friendly. I also recommend the passion fruit juice.

First things first, the staff is outstanding. I went on a busy Sunday afternoon and was greeted immediately. Orders and check ups were prompt without being overly annoying.
The food. Different story. I ordered a Cubano, simple I know, but it was just plain. There are just so many ways to create an awesome Cubano. They just put plain ingredients into and called it good. 3 stars for plain food.

Delicious lunch! The restaurant smelled appetizing upon entering. In fact I was drawn inside because I could smell the kitchen from across the street at my hotel.
Friendly helpful staff, and our server was kind enough to let me practice my Spanish with her when I placed my order.
I would go back there again for sure.

UPDATE: I had to knock this place down to three stars because the service is so sketchy.
I love this place. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Servers are very friendly but sometimes a little slow, but maybe that’s the kitchen. At any rate I eat here frequently and really enjoy it. The chicken noodle soup is excellent, as are the sandwiches I’ve tried. But sandwiches are huge so you may not have room for fries.

Been here several times. For dinner lunch and breakfast. Great service. The ambiance is nice but casual. For a Latin restaurant it’s on the mid-​high end of being nice. The prices are great. Good portions. Loved the outdoor seating just as much as the indoor. The menu is in both Spanish and English. Great great Cuban food. Solid. Enjoy!

Traveling on business in Miami and this place is my new favorite! First the service and atmosphere is great. Everybody was so welcoming and the menu has so many choices. Our waitress Ariela was the best, so kind and helped us narrow down what to try from their vast menu.
The carne asada and chicken empanadas were the best, so much flavor. Also, espresso and cappuccino didn’t disappoint. The tostones, rice, and beans were amazing as well. Honestly it was the perfect meal and definitely going back before I leave Miami. It was so good I bought another meal afterward to take back to the hotel.
They have a nice take out window that you can walk up too as well to purchase a coffee or something small if you need to go. Overall, one of the best places I’ve been to in a while and a must try if you’re in the area.

This venue is great for pick-​up, window ordering however delivery they say is 30 – 45 minutes and twice now it has taken them an hour and a half. When we call to locate our order and driver, they state they don’t know where it/​he or she is instead of contacting the driver, apologizing… zero

Cortadito, Café con Leche… Cubans do coffee right. The coffee here is no exception.
Flan de Queso, I’m EXTREMELY fussy with my ‘cheese flan’. I usually only like the one I make… I love their’s.
Crema Catalana… the Spanish version of crème brûlée, actually better than any I’ve had in Spain…
Pan con Bistec… Steak sandwich, Cuban style. My favorite while I was in training across the street for a week. Oh, why couldn’t you be closed to my home in Palm Beach County?

Surprisingly good food place next to the hotels. Cheap caters to locals and tourists alike. Fast welcoming service and good tasting. Very large proportions. Best of all open late.

A pesar de vivir relativamente cerca de este lugar nunca habiamos comido alli, paso todos los dias en mi camino al trabajo pero nunca habia entrado, debo decir que quede muy satisfecha, un lugar muy agradable y
sente en la parte de afuera con mi hija y mi esposo nos atendio muy amablemente una muchacha que nos recomendo el churrasco marisqueado con los platanitos maduros y moros, mi esposo comio un churrasco de pollo todo estubo super delicioso, grandes porciones el latin sampler de aperitivo es divino… la atencion fue estupenda mi hija quiso otro dibujo de lo q les dan a los niños y la chica muy amablemente le dio otro incluso jugo por unos segundos con ella creo q su nombre es yeylin definitivamente recomendaria este lugar y pues ganaron una nueva clienta en mi.

Yum! The Cubano Sandwich, Maduros, and Cuban Coffee I had for lunch were delicious. The Churros with Dulce de Leche Dipping Sauce and the Flan were incredible too. I dream of having their food again. I will definitely be stopping here next time I’m in Miami.

Personnel aimable, offre importante, trop même ce qui complique le choix. La nourriture est correct. Le prix aussi. Si vous logez dans un des hôtels à coté c’est une bonne alternative. Parking.

Good food, an extensive menu, reasonable prices and LARGE portions.
Most of the clientele are Spanish speaking, so when the occasional gringo such as myself shows up sometimes the service staff or in my case my dining companion need to translate or offer some explanation when they’re trying to determine exactly how you want your food prepared, but in the end, it’s worth it!

I used to love this place a lot more. I haven’t been in a while and it seems the quality may have slipped a bit. The maduros were dry and the churrasco was smaller than in the past. The service was great as always. No complaints there. It’s authentic Cuban cuisine. And tge flavor is good. Not as good as La Carreta. But certainly not bad. Give it a shot.

Food is excellent! It’s very authentic Cuban food and they def do not skimp on the seasoning it was perfection!!!
I went with the Cuban style chicken fajitas and it was nothing short of amazing!
I will return on my next trip to Miami!

I love this place! I always come by everytime im in town! Maduros son muy delicioso y me encantan los empanadas! Los batidos son muy ricos! I can never decide if I want a natural fruit juice or a milkshake! And these desserts, I can never resist. I got the coconut shrimp this time! Spring break in my mouth.

Vor jedem Abflug und bei quasi jeder Landung ist ein Stopp hier ein Muss. Super Cuban Coffee! danach ist man auch in jedem Fall munter! Ebenfalls zu empfehlen sind das Cuban Sandwich und die Shakes.
Gratis hat man dann die Aussicht auf startende und landende Flugzeuge, wenn man sich einen Aussenplatz nimmt, was ich persönlich, außer bei Regen, empfehlen würde.
Parken geht relativ einfach, da es neben dem Café noch Zusatzparkmöglichkeiten gibt.
