Scott A. Ferris has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1987 and also holds an active license in Washington, D.C., where he formerly participated in political lobbying, since 1990. Scott A. Ferris has appeared in state cases in Miami-​Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange, Pinellas, Monroe, Duval, Seminole, Hillsborough and Leon counties, among others. Scott A. Ferris has also been admitted pro hac vice to represent clients in Georgia, New Jersey, California and Colorado. Scott A. Ferris has also entered appearances in federal cases in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court and the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals in Georgia. In addition, Scott A. Ferris has handled appellate cases in the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th District Courts of Appeals in Florida.

Scott is married to Sabrina Ferris, a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig, and has two sons, Sage and Colby. Prior to practicing law, Scott was a sports agent for seven years representing
