Closed Down !!!

Based on Machiya’s decision to change from including Ramen in their name to what it is now likely means the Ramen craze has not caught on in Miami, but regardless, you can still enjoy Ramen at the restaurant, as well as a fusion of traditional and contemporary Japanese dishes.
With only three Ramen options, I settle on the Tokyo Ramen. It is made from the traditional pork based broth and absolutely delicious but the highlight was the gyoza. Three pieces just weren’t enough and they were so amazing, I wish I could have had more.
I couldn’t go to a Japanese restaurant and not order sushi so we ordered the Spicy Salmon and the Yellowtail sushi rolls. Each roll that I popped into my mouth was pure goodness. The way the rice is prepared in a major factor in what make good or bad maki rolls (at least to me) and Machiya’s rice was on point.
The Baked Crab Roll (snow crab/​kani/​mayo/​sesame soy paper) was small and not what I was expecting, but despite its small size it was packed with yumminess. It was soft and very delicate but not mushy.
With a Unilocal check-​in we got a free Tuna Hand Roll. They didn’t skimp even though it was free and I couldn’t be happier with my unexpected extra.
The food does take some time to come out, and that may be a problem to some but when it comes out steaming hot and fresh, that makes the wait worth it. Aside from that aspect and the order in which the dishes were presented, I have no complaints. Our server did lack personality but he did do a descent job of taking care of us.
I don’t consider myself to be a Ramen aficionado, but what I had was quite good and the sushi was tasty and slightly different than the usual so I will definitely return.

After attempting to grab a late lunch at another Asian Fusion place in the Midtown area, we ended up at Machiya. The first place (that shall not be named) was PACKED and it was clear the wait staff wasn’t able to keep up after another couple waiting for a table dropped a glass and 10 minutes later no one had come over to sweep or even acknowledge the broken glass all over the floor… long story short we ended up at Machiya which was empty.
The Dolphins game was on, so we opted to dine inside at the bar which was extra empty. The bartender was ending her shift and counting money so she didn’t even bother to say hi, which annoyed me a little, but luckily her replacement showed up about 5 minutes later and got us menus and waters. Some other reviews had led us here for the ramen (it was a windy/​coolish day) but after remembered we’d probably be having phở for dinner we went another route.
We started with the tuna tartare while we continued perusing the menu. The actual tartare was ok, and the plantain chips we stale and burnt tasting… I was starting to worry about our choice, but alas the rest of our food was great. It’s worth noting that the tuna tartare did have blood orange on/​in it, and my bf proclaimed that he will no longer eat tartare without blood orange lol. We continued with the crab fried rice, pork buns and Japanese tacos — all of which were great but the crab fried rice stole the show. It was like Bahamian crab and rice without all the mess trying to eat crab out of the shell… yum I’m getting excited just thinking about it. The pork buns were also great, not sure if the menu described them as pork belly or not, and I don’t remember the meat resembling or feeling like pork belly, but no matter what cut it was, it was great. The Japanese tacos also had blood orange on them which was a nice touch… these were slightly underwhelming compared to the crab rice and pork buns, but definitely better than the tuna tartare!
If you’re in the midtown area and looking to grab a quick Asian bite I’d suggest stopping in here. The décor was attractive and the food was decent, I’d go back just for more crab fried rice!

Love it. Bartenders always treat me and the girl well and their lunch specials are fresh, affordable, and tasty. I cannot stop having the Tuna Taco bento box — it’s both a blessing and a curse. I haven’t gone during peak dinner hours but highly recommend at least during lunch.

I have frequented this place a few times and came bake on a rare cool night in South Florida for a hearty soup.
From the first time I came, I thought the place was very well decorated, lit and mood music was decent.
This evening when I got To Machiya’s and the hostest was texting at the front podium, at which point thought she couldn’t be working. So I went to the second desk to ask for a table and the girl at the second desk told me to go back to the girl in the front because she was only doing a private party.
When I got back to the front hostess, she was still texting. I asked if they had a table for 1, she looked up from texting and just walked away. So I asked if I should follow her & she said, oh yeah. On the way to my table she stopped to talk to a couple of other tables about how their night was going as I awkwardly waited. Once we got to the table she gave me 2 papers and walked away, without telling what they each were for. Then I sat for 10min before anybody came by to check on me. I looked at the papers and notice done only had Thai food and at first glance thought the other was for drinks. It took me some time to find the Japanese food section on the back of the drinks menu.
The waiter came and greeted me and asked if I knew what I wanted to order. I wasn’t told of any special plates for the evening nor her name. I ordered a Handroll complimentary for Check-​in on Unilocal and The Hokkaido Ramen.
The food came in less than 10min, all at once. The Handroll rap was fresh and crisp with a generous portion of very fresh tuna. The Ramen has a sweet, garlicky seafood aroma. The Ramen noodle consistency was on the soft side and sticky side, with a good absorption of it’s surrounding flavors. The soup stock is rich in flavors from the pork, seafood and seasonings, especially the garlic oil. The seafood, (shrimp, scallop & squid) was cooked just right. The Bok Choy was crisp & juicy. Corn isn’t a usual Japanese ingredient, it added a nice touch of sweetness which went well wish the dish & the Garlic oil puts all the other flavors together.
Overall if you are looking for good food, I recommend giving Machiya’s a try, just don’t have any high expectations of good service.

Went back for dinner last night and feel compelled to give a special kudos to the wonderful staff at Machiya, in particular Tessy and our sushi chef Ricky. The happy hour deal is a great way to try the tapas: tuna tacos (yummy), spicy tuna on crispy rice cake (extra yummy), rock shrimp bun (bland but ok) and duck spring roll (BF approved). The 2 for 1 allows you to actually mix and match, in other words, you don’t get two of the same. While your pocket book gets a breather, the portion sizes are definitely small.
The saketinis are fruity, using real fruit pulp. Not on the happy hour menu, the Red Lotus cocktail is fantastic. Like the 2013 version of a Cosmopolitan, only better.
What else did we try?
— Japanese Fried Rice– Good flavor, non-​greasy but made with white long grain rice. I am spoiled by buying high quality short grain brown rice, the only rice I use at home, so this kind of rice to me totally lacks flavor and texture.
— Avocado Crab salad– incredibly rich, fatty and creamy. Good way to start.
— King crab tempura over «mochi». Mochi in quotation marks because this has nothing to do with traditional mochi, except they share rice as the main ingredient. They simply toast or fry grains of white rice to make it crispy but it has no flavor at all. The fried crab legs had too much breading which overpowered the delicate crab meat.
— BBQ grilled octopus. Very tender, but the sauce was too sweet without any saltiness to balance it. The portion is very small and overpriced at $ 17.
— Yuzu cheesecake tempura. The cheesecake itself tastes like a creamy citrus custard. The portion is huge, half would have been alright with me and I am a fan of BIG desserts. I liked it but prefer a traditionally flavored cheesecake over the citrus-​y version.
I’d come back for the happy hour and just let the sushi chefs work their magic. The guys are friendly, chatty and fun to watch. We just told Ricky what we like or dislike and he made us a custom crunchy spicy tuna and eel roll. They also make their own special spicy miso sauce, be sure to ask for some on the side!

IMO, 3 stars is about right for this place. A friend and I came here on a Thursday afternoon at 6 p.m., as we were both craving sushi and a drink or two.
Their happy hour runs 4 — 7 p.m. every day but Sunday (actually, it ends at 7 if seated at a table, but is extended to 8 if you’re sitting at the bar). During their happy hour, they offer a special menu where you can pick any 2 items for $ 7 (any combination of the beers, wines, cocktails or food listed on the happy hour menu).
While that initially sounds like a great deal, it ends up just being an «OK» deal. We were hoping to order a few items to share between us. When I ordered the kobe slider, the server said «OK, but know that’s just 1 small slider». When my friend ordered the tuna hand roll, the server pointed out «That’s not a roll cut into pieces, it’s 1 single piece of sushi, more of a conical shaped roll for 1».
So the happy hour prices are fine, basically $ 3.50 per item for anything on the HH menu, but each of the items listed is basically a small serving intended for one person, rather than a few bites on each plate.
In the end, the two of us ordered 2 drinks each and 2 food items (pronounced bites) each from the happy hour menu, and we also ordered a roll to share from their regular (non happy hour) sushi menu. We split the check, which came to about $ 19 each before gratuity. Fine for the amount of food and drink and the time we spent here.
Note that this restaurant does not charge auto gratuity, but they do list the «suggested tip» at the bottom of the check, which lists how much you should give based on the level of service. When we first got the total bill which was something like $ 38, we noticed the suggested gratuity amounts listed at the bottom. After we asked them to split the check evenly, the amount for suggested gratuity that was listed on our individual bills, was the same $$ amount as was listed on the full check, it wasn’t reduced to reflect the $$ total that each of us were paying.

This is the second time I visit this place.
I went once for lunch and it was ok. Second visit, same.
The menu is very diverse, the food is good, but the service sucks.
I came in on a Wednesday night, it was empty, and it still took a server about 15 minutes to even bring us water. The service was slow the entire night, and I kept having to chase my waitress down for things as simple as chopsticks, water refills etc.
I also ordered a seaweed salad that never came, I had to remind the waitress, but then by the time my food arrived, I decided I didn’t want it anymore.
My friend ordered the chicken pad thai. It was not bad, but I’ve had better. We had edamames, miso soup & spicy rice rice. All were pretty good. I ordered a riceless roll that had tuna, salmon, avocado. It was pretty good.
Food is fair, service not so great.

This has to be one of the most under rated Japanese spots in Miami…
The food is always fresh and delish.
A must try.
They have awesome an amazing 2 for 1 happy hour everyday and the choice of indoor and outdoor seating.
You have to try the spicy tuna on crispy rice as well as the tuna tacos. The albacore special roll is amazing as well…
I’ve been here over 10x and have never had anything but a great meal and great service! Highly recommend.

I cant even begin to describe my frustration with this place. It really deserves one star, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt given their other reviews.
I ran here with some family that was in town from Chicago, for happy hour. We walked up and it took the hostess 15 min to seat us. Mind you – the restaurant was dead. I counted 3 people at the bar. NO other tables. We are finally seated. Oh what do you know, our waiter didnt come to the table for another 15 minutes.
We ordered drinks and some apps off the happy hour menu and waters as soon as he got there. We ordered some saketinis because the waiter raved about them. And yet, I was disappointed again…
Took 20 minutes to get our drinks… including water. I know, because I timed it this time. When we finally received our drinks (only after asking for them TWICE), none of us could drink them because they were watered down to nothing. We tell the waiter, and he replies saying «sorry but there is only one bartender and I guess the fruit mixes arent fully defrosted yet” — I am sorry, did you just say defrosted?! You do not tell customers that sort of thing. I couldnt drink mine, so I asked him to take it back and just ordered a beer. I guess the joke was on me because they were out of ALL: of their beer. That was also the last time I got water. No one would fill up our cups even after asking. Everyone would just say, «oh I will get your waiter» who never came.
On to the inedibles.
We ordered off the happy hour menu:
Spiced wings: dry and literally the size of my pinky with meat the size of a fingernail on the bone.
Kobe slider: mushy, small mess with stale bread and sour sauce.
edamame: THE ONLY GOOD EDIBLE THING, but who could really screw up steamed soy beans? amiright?!
Off the regular menu we ordered:
spicy tuna crispy rice: not spicy, mushy tuna, not fresh, fried and I do mean FRIED rice – all the way through.
Calamari: overly fried, very small pieces, chewy stale meat.
We tried to order a couple of rolls of sushi, and not to my surprise, they were out of SALMON, SHRIMP, CRAB, and AVOCADO.
Not sure how this place survives if it is out of basically everything they cook with… and beer.
I am not even sure if I want to give this place another shot, I was so disgusted. I literally ran from the restuarant because I was so upset, especially from the excuses from our pinhead waiter.
There are MUCH better sushi and Japanese places around Miami.

After a few visits, I can say I’m a fan of Machiya. From the ambiance, to the service and food, this place gets it right. Our waiter has been Jonathan both times and he’s wonderful.
Given variety is the spice of life (or so they say) Machiya delivers when it comes to tapas style eats. The sushi has been fresh with the Lollipop roll being one of my favorites (wrapped in cucumber and no rice). Also, their private stock sake is really good. My only gripe is the $ 6 price for a green salad, which one could skip. And the first time we were here they were out of about 2 things we wanted to order, so I suppose don’t come later in the evening???
We’d definitely be regulars if the location was a little closer — I just need to remember to visit on Sundays for their half price roll special.

Nice place in Midtown Miami to hang out with friends after work.
The night I went we were served by Tavares (yes, like the band), who was an absolute delight. He made recommendations and aimed to please when there was a minor snafu with our table’s order. If you get a table, happy hour ends at 7 pm whereas if you hang out by the bar when it ends at 8 pm (always check first in case the hours are changed.)
The Happy Hour menu will get you two items for $ 7. The good things is the Happy Hour menu isn’t as limited as some other places — plenty of rolls, sashimi and cocktails to choose from to satisfy your appetite or quench your thirst. The spicy edamame, seaweed salad and lychee saketini were de-​li-​cious.
The place has several big screen TV’s in case you want to catch a game somewhere other than a burger joint. Also, I’ve heard that their brunch on Sundays is a must-​try, so I’ll update this review after I try their brunch.
All in all, a relaxed place for fresh sushi. Four Unilocal Stars for the great Happy Hour prices and the attentive customer service.

Midtown has certainly grown up since I moved to the area a few years ago. I remember when there were only the big stores and almost no restaurants. Now that there is so much competition in the area, we are getting some really great restaurants. I came to Machiya originally because we were craving noodles. The first experience wasn’t great, we ordered the classic ramen and some sushi to share. The ramen was overcooked and the broth had little flavor — I was turned off and almost didn’t return.
After wanting something to eat that was close to home on another night, I was searching through Unilocal and came across the photos of Machiya’s food. I noticed the tempura rock shrimp buns and the grilled octopus. We decided to give them another try — after that night, I was hooked. Those two dishes are the reason we will be coming back again and again.
Grilled Octopus ($ 14) — sweet, tangy with a slight smoky flavor from the grill. Incredibly tender, with grilled cherry tomatoes that melt in your mouth. A perfect dish.
Tempura Rock Shrimp Bun ($ 9) — fluffy steamed buns filled with crispy rock shrimp, which is my favorite shrimp variety ever, topped with Vietnamese cole slaw. Delicious!
Sake Shrimp & Pork Shumai ($ 8) — unfortunately, these fell a little flat for us. I prefer a less dense interior and more flavor.
Machiya California Roll ($ 9) — great presentation, although quite a small portion. This should be considered a light appetizer for one person.
Dragon Roll ($ 12) — good portion size, enough for a light eater after a few appetizers.
Black Diamond Cocktail ($ 12) — awesome cocktail with tequila, black cherries and lemon juice.
Machiya is one of the more expensive restaurants in Midtown when taking into account portion sizes. Their food is served tapas style, small portions meant for sharing. Dinner for two, with cocktails, 4 – 5 dishes to share and a dessert, is about $ 90 – 100.

Normally, a place like Machiya… this would not be my kind of place. In a nutshell, it’s a trendy sushi place.
I don’t much like sushi. I don’t much like trendiness. Give me a bar with ragged linoleum flooring any day.
That said, however, I’m a sucker for a place that steps outside of itself and offers a good deal to patrons from time to time. For Machiya, this is a daily truism.
I’m not going to go into the entirety of this place’s value proposition. No, the most important aspect — as I see it – to cover is Machiya’s happy hour.
Machiya offers a limited 2-​for-​1 happy hour menu from which you can make food-​and-​drink or food-​and-​food or, on a particularly rough day, drink-​and-​drink combinations. Considering the prices on Machiya’s non-​happy hour menu, this is the kind of special that makes you wonder how this place is covering its thousands upon thousands of dollars of monthly expenses.
But really, that’s not our problem, is it?
Happy Hour runs until 7 p.m. if you sit at a table. If, however, you don’t mind sitting at the bar and chatting up a bartender between drinks and bites, you can enjoy happy hour until 8 p.m. Notables include the slider, the duck spring roll, and the spicy edamame, the last of which is a favorite of mine.
And that’s that. THAT’S THAT.

After receiving a comment from Juan, which you can see on my original review, advising me of the newly added Ramen menu, I decided it was time to come back and take him up on his offer. Unfortunately, Juan was out due to a local event (Art Basel, I believe… yes, this review is a bit late in coming, my apologies), but I was assisted by the other manager on shift, who was very friendly. I decided to try the Hakata Classic Ramen just to see what it was about. Until now, my experience with Ramen came in the form of the typical college student’s styrofoam heat-​n-​warm ramen in a cup — you know the kind.
A huge bowl arrived… okay, how do you eat this? Is there a procedure? On the side, there was a small tray with some condiments — red pickled ginger, chili, and menma, which is a fermented bamboo shoot (initially, I thought they were mushrooms). I wasn’t sure what to do but I decided to stick everything in the bowl and become adventurous. It actually gave the soup a nice color, almost like a painting, a nice mix of various shades of greens, browns, and reds (see pictures). The fusion of flavors from the plum, egg, and other ingredients exploded in my mouth, wow! The pork loin was tender, and the egg was cooked in a way that it was still somewhat runny. I wasn’t expecting to like egg in soup, but I was pleasantly surprised. I sure have been missing out, the Ramen was delicious, warm, and very, very filling. If you think it looks nice in picture, you definitely need to try it, as it tastes as good as it looks. I can honestly say that this was delicious and exotic, a very positive experience.
I’d like to try their other Ramen selections, Juan recommended the Hokkaido Ramen, and I may have to take him up on his recommendation. I just realized they have a new prix fixe lunch menu with several tasty options, a great way to budget without sacrificing taste or quality food. All in all, Machiya is a good place to chow down after a shopping trip at the mall, or in the evening, for a laidback, trendy date night that won’t make a hole in the wallet and isn’t full of obnoxious people, or loud, pointless music.

We were joking with the name, saying that this was the perfect place to bring MA Chiya… if you understand Spanish you will get the joke ;)
the place is located in a booming neirghhood were options are vast. We walked over and the hostess was not pushy, just suggested we look at the menu and we walked around and ended up asking for a table.
The outside area was full but inside was good lighting and great service (a little bit over the top i would say)
I guess the place is fairly new and they are still trying everything out because we got asked multiple multiple times if everything was fine and if we liked our food.
our answer? yes we did. everything was Delicious, great presentation and ok portions. The avocado tuna salads is super yummy but very small and the tempura green beans were great too. The soft serve ice cream was nothing to rave about, the flavors banana and something else would probably have been good separate, but together we let them melt in front of us.
my biggest problem was that most of it was tapas style and while me and my gf were filled by when we left, our pockets were hurting. we ordered 5 little plates and two drinks and ended up spending 50+ tip EACH. for a Thursday night dinner, that’s pretty steep
I would come back to try the the noodles but definitely learned my lesson not to say to the waiter i want a strong drink (the charge me extra!!!)

The Mr. and I were headed to Target after a long day of work. As we entered the store, he wisely advised against food shopping hungry. No better place than Midtown to avoid that fate!
Since we had sampled some excellent fare from Machiya at last week’s Unilocal event, we decided to give it a try. Machiya is located at the south end of Midtown, across from the fountain and the Britto sculptures, a very pleasant setting. I was a little wary at first — the restaurant is gorgeous and we were not! But not to worry, it was early, we sat at the bar, and the bartender didn’t even bat an eye at our casual (sloppy!) appearances.
What a nice surprise — they were having happy hour on a Saturday evening! They had a small menu that was 2×1! We ordered a hand roll, spicy edamame, the Kobe slider and the tuna «sandwich», which was raw tuna on top of a rice «cake». The standouts were the Kobe slider and the tuna — we actually ordered another round of those! Both were excellent.
The HH drinks menu was great too — several beers (I had the Orange Blossom pilsner, a standout!), specialty martinis and well drinks. The martinis were huge! After my beer, I had a «pomegranite-​tini». I’m not wild about sweet drinks, but the bartender was able to make it less sweet.
While we were eating, the manager Daniel came by to ask how we were enjoying things and was there anything he could do to make our experience better. Excuse me? Where am I??? Is this really Miami?! We had a great chat with him — he said they are really trying to be responsive to customer feedback!
So, if management is reading, here is our constructive criticism — there were several menu and drink items not available! I know that things run out, but it was early on a Saturday. Oh, and if it were me, I might swap out one of the wheat beers on tap with an IPA or a Sam Adams seasonal, just to round out the selection.
Honestly, that is the one and only criticism of the place — how can you find fault with great food at a reasonable price & fantastic customer service in a gorgeous setting.

Welcome to Miami… the center of the city! Midtown.
Went to lunch on a weekday during the period of the soft opening and we were the only customers there approximately 12:30−1. As you walk into the restaurant, you can notice the design and the money that was put into Machiya. Was quickly sat by the young hostess.
The service was okay and wasn’t out of this world. Just a word of advice to the waiter that served us… when taking drink orders, don’t ask your customers…“Are you going to order a drink or what?, because they delicious” (In a broken english accent). Now as previous customers stated… it is somewhat ridiculous to charge for «filtered on premise» water. I believe that if you have this, you should just provide your customers with it without any other charge.
Believe it or not. The ramen that we had was okay. It was cooked to perfection and not like many others that have had overdone ramen noodles that were soggy. Maybe because we were the only ones and it shouldn’t be hard to mess up two orders of Ramen. But the broth was missing something and I just couldn’t figure out what it was so I dumped all my chili paste into the broth from the wooden spoon and asked for more… What!!! Is that a problem? I like it spicy… Or maybe it needed a little bit more flavor possibly. I just couldn’t tell you because I put A LOT of the chili paste in the broth. I think I masked the actual taste of the broth.
For starters we tried the rock shrimp buns. These warm sweet buns are folded and slathered in between them a comination of goodness that just makes me want to order several orders. This is a must try if you did not try it on your previous visit. They remind me of a meld of flavors that join and combine together so well, along with the light crunch of the light fried rock shrimps and the sauce that it is tossed in. Pretty much the best thing that we had on our visit to Machiya.
Good thing we went for lunch… Ramen was $ 11…I cannot imagine paying $ 20 for a bowl of ramen for dinner and not really enjoying it to the fullest.
Machiya…Take it from your customers during your soft opening. You have lots to conquer and learn because you have lots of potential. I’d give you another chance the next time I’m around… I’m not scared… Prove to me you are better!

When I read the menu, I was super excited. Fried chicken over TAIYAKI waffle? Onsen tamago? OMG! I’ve never seen them on menus in Miami. And they offer kae-​dama, like a real ramen house. Kae-​dama is kind of like super-​sizing: the theory being if they give you too much noodle in the bowl, by the time you are halfway through, it would be mushy. So a customer can order a kae-​dama, an extra ball of noodle, to follow the first (with some soup and topping left in his bowl).
The pork belly is really delicious, braised to melting tenderness and served on top a bed of spicy kimchee. The chawan mushi uses black truffle instead of shiitake (at a hefty $ 13). The texture is weird: really thick, like they added gelatin to it.
The cheapest noodle bowl, vegan, is $ 15. Additional toppings, like mentaiko, kimchee, tofu, egg, each set you back a few bucks. They have a gyoza ramen but amazingly were out of gyoza. Isn’t that a a staple item in the freezer?
The soup base is tasty enough, though for the Hokkaido one I would expect a more pronounced miso flavor. The noodle portion is real small, with stingy toppings. In our bakudan ramen, there was only two slices of pork and one slice of naruto maki.
I ordered the onsen tamago as an additional topping. The egg should be cooked at low temperature so you get runny white and a creamy, half solid yolk, the most delicious preparation of egg. Mine came out with semi firm white, and the yolk just ran out into the soup once broken into. Now, please don’t peddle your poached eggs as onsen tamago!
So, how is the ramen at the noodle house? Overcooked and mushy. Not just in one bowl, but all.
At which point, we were still hungry, but decided to hear over to Sakaya for a more satisfying and delicious way to end our meal.

Had the privilege to come as part of the soft opening and I must say, I’m in love.
The place fits perfectly in Midtown. Is modern. chic yet comfortable and cozy.
And the food, oh boy the food. We started we the Red miso angus beef and the spicy miso fried chicken. Both plates were just beyond delicious. The contrast of flavors in the Red Miso Angus Beef was incredible and the spicy fried chicken was definitely one of the best fried chickens I have ever had. Of course, you can’t come here without trying the specialty of the house, THE RAMEN. Enter Bakudan and Hokkaido. Bakudan was a big bowl fill with a delicious broth, fresh made noodles, beef all mixed to make one incredible ramen. Hokkaido was another big bowl also filled with a delicious broth, fresh made noodles and a seafood delight. Gig crab legs, scallops the size of olympic medals and shrimps all made a very tasty ramen. But I can not emphasize enough the importance of the fresh noodles in the ramen. I loved the noodles.
Another cool thing about Machiya is the cocktail list. Not much of a cocktail guy but we had the Midtown and the Machiya and both were excellent. Highly recommended to all of you cocktail snobs.
